    I had to quit about half way through the third mile, but thats because up till 3 days ago i smoked 10 a day. Now I'm smoke free, and I pushed myself till I couldnt breathe anymore. Im gonna push myself everyday with this to prove to myself I am stronger than anything in the world.

      I'm so happy that you stopped smoking! My step died from lung cancer at 50. It was really sad :(

    So inspired, 46 going through menopause been doing your workouts for 3 years. Lost weight but was on the streets homeless so I gained it back. Just started up doing your workouts faithfully about a month ago. I know the weight will melt off again. I support you sista. Blessings

    I am absolutely in love with your workouts. I do them every other day, but I do the mobility workout twice everyday. So far, I have lost 25 lbs and my sister has lost a wonderful 16 lbs. We got your music and we listen to Frankie almost daily on ITunes. Again I want to say I big thank you for taking me out of my "fat" zone. My sister and I are very very thankful. You are beautiful and you personality is even prettier. They say that all that matters is on the inside, but for you the inside shows even bigger than the outside. Thank you for basically saving my life. You are amazing!!!

    Absolutely LOVE your work out videos! You keep me motivated! It doesn't even feel like work. I have back, knee, hip, and shoulder injuries (ARMY VETERAN..Enough said) which hindered me from doing any impact exercise....NOT anymore! The beginning was rough, however not only can I do the workouts now, I have less joint pain, and my flexibility have increased greatly since I've been doing your videos! You are an 😇 angel! I appreciate the work you put into your craft.

    Mrs. LaShae I just want to thank you for your work outs. I just started my fitness journey two months ago and I'm down 30lbs so far. I now have my hubby and children working out to your videos.     In 2018 I'm still using this. 680 cals burned in 30 minutes. My favorite workout!

    This is the first time I've done this workout.... and completed the arm exercise without dropping my arms down! I love it when you say do it for u/ don't give up on yourself/ keep it there, don't you dare. It was HARD, but I did it. Thanks Keaira!

    I started three different workouts tonight and got bored and/or over-exhausted with all of them. Then I found this one. I loved it...their energy and personalities are great. That alone makes it fun. I'm a dancer and I'm gonna check out her dance videos asap! Thanks for a fun and manageable workout!!! I don't feel like I want to die like some instructors push the level to... I feel alive! :)

    This was not what I expected. I did this work out and I was sweating up a storm. I like all of the workouts that I have done with her so far. Her personality is motivating and it feels like you're working out with a friend instead of a hard whip cracking nutty trainer. I could make it with this! I see my goals being reached!     I would say you burn at least 400 calories doing this workout. Depending on your intensity level! The higher the intensity, the more calories you burn.

      Love you Keaira, i have been trying to loose weight since i dont know when atleast a decade. I dont know whether i will be loosing my weight or not, but i would say you are keeping me consistent which never happened in my life till now. I am now looking forward everyday for my next day's workout.

      Almost 5 times a week. Also, I replaced the butt lifts with plank slaps and the squats with jumping jacks. If you modify it like this you'll sweat like crazy and burn more!

    I know this video came out a while ago but wow, You know I've tried the Tshaun workouts and all of the workout things you could find, they did work and I was so happy for the weight loss I was having ! But I hated the actually working out part. Let's be real a lot of us don't want to wake up early in the morning to do high packed stuff ( especially if your like me and just trying to tone your self out and flatted your thighs and stomach) and I dreaded the workout.
    But this!
    I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE doing this! I'll do a few videos throughout the day and it's been working like crazy! I have fun watching you two get into the dances and I smile a lot, I'll sweat but I don't dread working out anymore, thank you so much! And also anyone thinking " I'll just work out when I'm older or later" DO IT NOW!!! Love this video and I'm so thankful for it!

    Fantastic workout! I normally do Leslie Sansone but wanted to switch it up. Through your video I burned 454 cals. (I'm a bigger person so my calorie burn is high). It was fun, I love the dance moves and the high energy.

    Hey Keaira! A while back I was doing a couple of your workouts and I was doing great. However, I got lazy and of course fell behind and gained lots of weight.     Thanks for uploading! This is a fun one. I have bad back & neck pain. Also, on medication for it cause the pain got worse over time. I can no longer do high intensity workouts. I do low impact cardio with light weights on my cardio days. I also follow this for walking indoors. For instance, squats, twisting etc, I replaced with a different exercise that won't aggravate my pain.

    First time doing one of your workouts. It was fun. I have worked myself up to walking around and 6 miles a day in 2 to 3 walks and have lost 80 pounds so far. I still have 45 pounds to get to my goal weight. Today I had a situation where a walk might have not been the best choice. I happened across your workout and started watching it and said i can do this. I was able to keep moving the entire time. I felt like I was having fun with some girlfriends . Thank you for the workout.

    Ms. Keaire I just located your video and this so far as been the best that I ever seen. I enjoy your sense of humor and how you get personal with the people. I am a mother of 3 and leaving the house to walk just doesn't happen for me, but I believe I got more accomplished today than I would outside.     My first time doing this today .. I normally do Leslie Sansone, but needed a quicker pace. This seemed to 'do it' I sweated. It's my birthday soon, I'll be 48! I hate being overweight and (well) over 40 - not interested in being skinny, just like to drop 2 dress sizes (I'm UK 14/16). I seem to be quite fit (for a fat bird). You 'young uns' get in shape before you hit 30 and DO NOT put too much weight on when you are pregnant ... this was my huge (pardon the pun) downfall. It's awful having the brain of an 18yr old (who still thinks she has the moves and should be still hitting clubs) and then realise you are much closer to 50 than you are 18!!! And you have the body of a middle aged woman! Listen to me!!!! Keep slim and fit!

And you right about getting fit before 30 because I just started working out along with 80/20 eating like a few months before my 30th bday because I know the older you get the harder for weight to come up off you. I want my 40s and beyond to be perfect. I wanna be a sexy granny and I know you will too.

      48 isn't too old to hang out. I didn't know when I was pregnant many years ago, that it's a myth: eating for two. When it was time to go back to work, i couldn't fit my clothes, so eventually I lost my weight, but not I'm in my 50s. It's harder, but if i stay consistent, I could see some results

    My first workout of 2015! A half hour well spent! I'm normally more of a High Impact person but this was great. I loved the circuits plus add ons. Beats the treadmill any day. Happy 2015, Team LaShae! :)

      My second day of doing this specific workout and holy! I sweat so much more than when I do your other workouts. Crazy cause it's low intensity!!!!

      @@nancyhernandez2271 i find that the majority if people eho post comments about their progress never answer and only a small percentage do. If they fall off the wagon or failed its no big deal. They should just post an honest review of the pros and cons and what they did or didnt do and just share the results. Hopefully, we will br hearing soon.

    My new daily quarantine work out! When I was searching for a way to get some daily activity in without having to go outside, yet also moderate enough to be doable as I haven't worked out since my gym closed - this is the first thing that came to mind.

    I need to get on this badly!I fell off but I'm going to get back on.Ugh.I started school this week. I was embarrassed everytime I would trudge to my next class.I was so out of breath! Its ridiculous! I had to pretend I was yawning when I was actually desperately trying gulp down air. :( Keaira thanks for this.It was fun and not too strenuous. I'll try to keep at it.:3

    This morning was my first time ever finishing a workout routine. Your encouraging words kept me going. I did not give up. My arms were feeling those circle movements and the thumbs motion really intensified my pain. This was an awesome workout and I will be repeating this evening. Summer is only three months away so I have to really push harder than ever to be ready for this boudoir photo shoot. Thanks Keaira for doing this.

    What a great workout! This was my first time doing it and was skeptical because it was 3 miles of walking, but I sure felt it! It was awesome! My arms, oh my, were struggling through the end of the workout, as well as my calf muscles. I hadn't worked out in about 4 weeks because I had a really bad, lingering cold and couldn't control my breathing, I finally am well enough and this was my first workout after being sick. So glad I took the leap to get back on track. Thanks again!
