I have been doing this routine for 2 years next month. I could barley walk when I started my journey. I found You about a month in and started really slow. One round at a time, then two then all the way with pausing it, to going straight through. You were a huge part of my success of losing 115 pounds. In February my dad took a turn for the worst. Trips to the hospital, he lost both his legs and I've gained about 40 pounds. Yesterday a friend of mine started talking about this chick named Keaira LaShae and how she wanted to try your workouts! Seriously It made me snap out of it. I told her you were tough but she made it through and so did I was proud lol you helped save me once and I'm gonna make sure you do it again. Thank you for all your hard work!

I swear i've been doing this workout 9 years ago when i was 18 and i still come back to it. This is literally my favorite workout ever. It is hard but it will get you snatched in no time. trust me guys. Lift some weights and then do this workout after, eat clean, quit sodas and you will get snatched in a matter of weeks.

Sheaira - You are by far, the most effective dance and work-out coach/instructor, online and live! Sure, maybe others can show off their dance steps but they're just not coming across! They just don't have the 'talk', the pace and the moves for viewers to follow well and get motivated.You genuinely have all these! A true fitness professional - You know which muscles have to move and your combination of steps build stamina and endurance. Thanks for all your help - You pulled me up and out free!

I have done about 4 of your workouts so far and I am seriously loving this. I sweat so hard within the first few mins starting and I am drenching wet afterwards. That's how you know you getting a good workout cause even as I type this comment I am still pouring down in sweat. Thank you, you are such a blessing in the lives you touch.
I had a to pause it a bunch of times to stop from dying but I eventually got through it! Gonna start the 30 day challenge properly in July when I move into a bigger house so I have more room but will try and keep in shape until then with this work out and all your others. OMG!!! I just did this for the first time. I couldn't keep up when you sped up at first but by round 3 I figured out how to modify some so I could keep pace with you. I'm tired but I love it. Got to do it in a room by myself though. My husband got a little excited with the moves.;-)
This is such a good work out not only for the abs(even though i felt the burn through out the work out ) but i also felt the burn in my arms and legs! I love it! Thank you so much!!!

Hi keaira lashae I started this workout two agos ago followed my the kick boxing. I do this work out with you and your crew and I love it. Your energy is truly awesome and I find myself totally answering you back. I also started eating healthy. I only eat fruits and veggies with your special protein shack in the mornings. I love to eat. But I notice I only eat a lot when it's all junk food. Healthy food fills me up a lot. Anyways. I am so excited to start this journey with you. It did. The point is to feel the burn and feel the difference in your body but I didn't follow through as I should have so I didn't end up losing the weight as I could. If you're going to do it, just stick to it.

You can't spot reduce fat. When you lose fat, it will be lost from everywhere. You lose fat with healthy eating habits and cardio. Crunches aid in muscle strengthening. You can do all the crunches you want, but it won't get rid of the fat for you. Pairing muscle work with cardio and healthy eating is the ticket! Abs are made in the kitchen and shown in the gym!
No lie, this workout is a beast! I stared thru round 4 , but had to pause every so often to breathe, but jumped back into it. I'm a Zumba instructor, but been out from an injury, and my Lord, getting back into it is no joke. It's a good thing I eat right. 80% nutrition 20% exercise. Awesome workout, love it! Adding this one to my regimen! I need my core back
Keiara, when i first started a little over a month ago, all of your exercise videos KILLED me. I'd had 3 kiddos and never exercised. I called you crazy several times. lol BUT, I went about 7/8ths of the way through these before I convinced myself I couldn't do any more. lol Last time I tried this I think I made it through round one... pathetically. So THANK YOU. I am convinced that it is all of your videos that have been increasing my strength and stamina over just this last month. Awesome stuff. :)

i love these videos, my son does it with me and thats a big deal for me, when he was born it was easier for me to do my workouts, cause he was so little all i had to do was pop him in the stroller or strap him to my chest to do my routines but as soon as he learned to walk it became difficult, but with these videos he tries to join in and it lets me get my workouts in , such a relief for me , im a full time mom and its just my husband and i so there's no one to help us out , so these home workouts mean allot to me THANK YOU SO MUCH +superherofitnesstv !!!!!! your a life saver :)

i love these videos, my son does it with me and thats a big deal for me, when he was born it was easier for me to do my workouts, cause he was so little all i had to do was pop him in the stroller or strap him to my chest to do my routines but as soon as he learned to walk it became difficult, but with these videos he tries to join in and it lets me get my workouts in , such a relief for me , im a full time mom and its just my husband and i so there's no one to help us out , so these home workouts mean allot to me THANK YOU SO MUCH +superherofitnesstv !!!!!! your a life saver :)

after losing 80 lbs i got bored with workouts. I am a stay at home mom so the gym is out for me. Thank you for rejuvenating me again so that i can lose my remaining 30 lbs. Keep the workouts coming!

my abs and sides are screaming after this, havent been able to get to round 4 , at the end of round three, im in the child pose position, trying not to breath to deep because my abs are on fire. this is such a great work out!. been doing my own " watch me shrink" video's. im on my first week and my weigh in is this saturday, and i have been doing this video. three times a week as a ab work out. . im so excited for my week 2 video! thanks girl!
