    I am 300 lbs. Was scared to do.this but I made it through mile 1 like a champ. Sweat running.down my face. I pretended that I was in the Bahamas weighing about 200 lbs as I did the workout and I know that between that and God that is how I made it through. Looking forward to continuing!

    IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! doing this workout evetyday for one and a half months and lost 16pounds/8kilos
    if you get bored after a while, try listening to your fav music during the workout, i even watch movies during it :)))))))))))))))))
    this is the best routine ever and i guarantee you, you will glowwwwwwwwwwwwwww

    I'm 400lbs and I have limited mobility but i sat in my chair and marched along side of you making modifications as needed Thank you so much. I needed to push myself in the chair today. BTW, your living room was amazing scenery! Love your energy and encouragement!

      +vanessa11421 I also drink 1 gallon of lemon water a day and I'm vegan too. But my friend loss 17 pounds in the same time frame and she eats chicken and fish.

    Glad I found this workout. I'm proud to say that I completed the workout and burned 427 calories and went from 48 steps to 5784 steps. Thank God I made it through this.

    Just gave birth to my 4th baby in October of 2021. And been trying so hard to get back in shape and healthy again. I got 27 minutes in starting but had to stop for 3hrs or so because mom duty calls. But after my 1 year old went to sleep and I cleaned up my house some I jumped back into the workout and finished it strong. I feel so proud of myself. Just hoping and praying that I will see changes soon within myself.

    I finished the workout! In 2018 I reached my goal of size 6-8; Today....is a new day. God Willing, I pray I can lose 50 lbs. by my birthday , September 14, 2020. The challenge is keeping the lifestyle and habits required to keep the results for life. That willl be my 46th birthday gift to myself. Thank you for your positive energy!

    Today I learn one important characteristic about me: I am a really persistent person.
    I am doing her new summer 2017 fit/dance challenge and I am in 10 days so far.
    Day 10 is consist of two workouts: Dancing abs and the 5-mile workout. I did both of them back to back. So in total, today, I did a 1 hour 30 minutes workout and my body is screaming with pain.
    My body wanted to give up, however, my mind said keep going. You can do this. You are stronger than this. I kept calling God to give me his strength.
    Instead of giving up, I kept cursing her out whenever she added a new challenge in each move. I never in my life talked bad about someone. Sorry girl.
    I want to say, thank you for pushing me, with your workouts, I lost 10 pounds so far. I am loving my new body.

    I’ve been doing this workout for about 2-3 weeks, I do it before I go bed every night. I have lost roughly around 6kg by doing this and eating properly. I was never able to do the lunges and now I’m slowly getting there. I love this video!!! Thank you ❤️

    So have been doing this for 2 weeks now and have lost 4.5 pounds. I do this every other day along with weights and Nordic track bike. I changed over from Leslie Samson as my weight was hitting a plateau. My steps on this have now increased to over 7k and tend to burn around 480 calories. I love this workout ❤️

      update- from husbands account : still doing this workout 3-4 times a week. now down to 8 stone 8 pounds. average for workout is 8k steps 4 miles, but this is so much better than walking on its own so i'm happy with it. since march i have lost 2.5 stone :) mainly from this and the nordic track bike. calories burned for me now is a lot less more like 330. Love this video, although my husband doesn't as it takes up his tv viewing time lol! He also hates me doing star jumps as our living room is upstairs haha.
      For those complaints about the miles, well its better than just walking in place for one hour so the lesser steps is fine! 4 miles and a full body workout in one hour is decent i my opinion and has def worked for me!

    I just love how in this video she is showing herself in casual clothes, struggling with some moves, being tired, playing around with the workout, eating, drinking water, charging her phone, talking to her baby, working towards a goal even if she didn't achieve it, and even asking for advice for her home. It all shows that she is a normal human being in process. You are an actual inspiration Keaira, thank you!!!

    Guuuuurl!!!!! I didn't get 10,000 steps out of this (although I will surely get them and more as I completed this workout first thing in the morning) but I did burn over 700 calories!!!! THANK YOU SIS!!!!

    I always burn well over 600 calories with this workout, I love it!! I do this at least 4x a week and definitely see the results! Sometimes I feel discouraged, thinking I don't really feel like doing it, but then I remind myself that the rounds seem to go by much more quickly with every round! I love this so much and so thankful to have it! 😁

    I always come back to this workout. I have consistently been losing weight and her videos are the perfect fun way to motivate me... But this one in particular works. A few months ago I was preparing for vacation and I did this workout for a week and lost inches and looked significantly different. It works. If you do this everyday and eat right you will look sooo different/toned/lean. I don't always do all 5 miles but it's a good challenge if you're ready to get your dream body! Thank you Keaira!

      I did this Monday thru Friday with my own music! Her workouts on TH-cam and challenges on her website are the best if you want to enhance your curves. 10/10.

    I'm 65 years old and in fair shape. I tried this because I want to bed better. This is excellent!! It's a little tough for me. I've had to stop and rest a couple of times, but it's the type of challenge I need. I'll work up to going straight through. Thank you, young lady!

      @@queenbeemoon10 3 lbs since last week, but I need to also watch what I eat. I have cut out some carbs. I have to stick to 50% veggies and fruit, and only 25% protein and 25% carbs on my plate. It's a challenge and takes discipline. One day at a time. I also jot down what I am eating for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

    Just did this amazing!! I didn't hit the 5 mile I wanted at the end... so instead starting freestyle soca dancing and stepping.. some 2 hours and 18 mins later with 11,800 steps and I've done the 5 miles... shattered. Thank you so much I love that energy from a long time watcher 😊

    Thank you so much for the workout. It was fun, and I sweated a lot. I am 5'5 138 pounds, and got in 6600 steps, burned 425 calories..that is according to my fitbit. I was going almost the same pace as you. Either way, thanks for your tremendous contributions to my fitness. Love you!!

    I tried this workout for the first time, two days ago. Damn! This workout is HARD. I can walk 6 miles in two hours outside, and I use 15lb dumbbells for most upper body exercises, yet I found this workout extremely challenging. Drenched in sweat by the 40 minute mark using only 5lbs weights. Doing it again tonight.

    YES! Finally something for my mother to do! She has knee injuries, but got ok'd to do minimum exercise. This way, she can pace herself (minus the lunges) and she won't have to overwork herself. Thanks love!

    I looked for a mile walk video and I saw yours, I was doing your work out dance routines a year ago, and I was doing pretty good, but had a little accident at home and hurt my knee, since then was feeling discouraged to start any kind of exercise, I was thinking on buying a treadmill but then I remember I saw a walking at home video and found yours, 5 miles was a little too much for me, but i was able to do it half way, i read the comments and one says you have a 3 mile video, that would be perfect for me, There are plenty out there but I love your energy, you make it easy for us, with your silly moves sometimes, you always put a smile on my face.

    I've been eyeing this workout for quite sometime now. and today i finally did it. I actually did the entire 5 miles. I feel so good. I really worked up a sweat which i liked. i will be incorporating this into my fitness plan. 3x a week. Thanks!

    As we say in the UK, this 'Walk Out is BRILL!! I did 5K walks throughout the summer, its winter now and the days are grey so Ive moved my walk indoors. I've also gained 'winter weight'! No No! Going to walk it out and the rest! Thank you Ms Lashae x

    I did it for the first time and I love this workout! Im try to do is this during the week as well. I felt like I did the ultimate workout because it covered all areas of the body and included strength training. No need to do anything else but this 4-5 times a week

    I just discovered this Kearia LaShae and workout. It’s sooo good! I’m committing to doing it 3-4 times a week and alternate days, I power walk. Love this full body workout! I’m drenched doing it and my FitBit stats are looking fantastic! I’m already referring others to it and looking forward to doing others of your workouts.

    I recently found your workout and decided to walk-it-out with my 2lb weights this morning September 19th, 2020. I reached 7,869 steps and finished two bottles of water by the time the workout was complete. I'm slowly getting back into my weight loss journey so my two pound weights felt like bricks from time to time. Overall thankyou for sharing this workout, your back panels look absolutely Beautiful and I'll be back for another session of this workout with you Monday morning September 21st, 2020.

    yAZZZZ I LOVE THIS. I WONT HAVE TIME TO GO TO THE GYM AFTER MY 12HOUR SHIFT TODAY SO I CAME INTO WORK AND DID THIS WHILE IT WAS SLOW. I WAS IN HERE SWEATING BUT I REALLY ENJOYED IT.     I've been doing the 3 mile walk for a week and decided to this today! My son whose in college (Spring Break this week) and 17 year old daughter did it with me and WE FINISHED IT :) Thanks so much for your commitment to give us great workouts, information and most of all motivation!     Right now im doing your cardio burn to the beat one. Its great. I will do this one every other wk.
    Day 1 : I will do the first mile
    Day 2: I will do the first and second mile
    Day 3: I will do 1-3 miles
    Day 4: I will do 1-4 miles
    Day 5: I wil do them all

    Yay.... my first time I just watch, but then I’m like I’ll get the two dollar weights and try to do this, and baby It wasn’t easy!!!     Im in my 2nd trimester of my first pregnancy. Been doing some at home workouts but needed a challenge and found this. I absolutly love it its my second day doing it and burned almost 500 calories and took 7000 steps. My goal isnt to loose weight but rather maintain my weight gain. Will definitly do this workout postpartum to loose the baby weight

    Great workout video ! I pulled this video up on my Roku and got gong. I made it though the whole 5 miles the first time doing it. Next time I will be using my own music. I like her song but after a while I was ready to hear something else.

    Ok soooooo, this is my first time doing this workout. I just wanted to let you know that you kicked my butt like a mom snatching up a bad kid in a store. I burned 903 calories with 8,768 steps doing the whole workout. I look forward to progressing with this one because losing weight has been an uphill battle for me. Please keep up the good work.

    OMG! I thought this was gonner be like a walk in the park; was I in for a rude awakening. This was a tough workout and I had to pause it just to get a breather and write my thoughts. That COVID weight has slowed me down tremendously and I see that I have a lot of work to do to lose the extra weight. Thank you for you workout video Keaira I sure do appreciate all the hard work and dedication plus you are so much fun to work out with.

    Keaira - thank you for this video. With it being winter I had to drop my 4.2mi/3x a week workout on 11/18/16. So I wanted something different - I found this and had to drop my 30min workout bc this one kicks my butt. With my 12mo old son getting up at 6:40am - I am up at 5:30ish working out. I have been doing this for a week - awesome - new butt kicker - I had some weight to lose after having my baby and now i can workout and diet better since weaning my son when he was 8months. Cannot wait for my weekly weigh-in tomorrow. You are silly though and the boat you were talking about in Italy is a gondola (Venetian boat) - if you ever stop at the Venetian in Vegas they do that there. :) If you haven't already.

    Used 5lb weights instead which was tough but managed all 5 miles and did 6200 steps and 550 cals burned (according to my Fitbit). I work out generally 2 to 3 times a week so am fairly fit BUT still had to stop a couple of times! Loved this work out and will definitely do it again!

    When I did this workout this morning and I was in Bali outside on my sun deck! Full circle moment! Gym was limited to 4 ppl because of Covid but I always have this as long as I have wifi. Grab some water bottles and got busy!

    Girl......I just finished your 5 mile workout this is so much fun wish I would have discovered it earlier. You make me forget I'm working out.
