    Thank you so much for this video, Alfons! I had pain and heaviness in my right knee and lower leg and foot tonight due to probably worn out walking shoes. I did the best knee exercise first before this one. And, my right knee, etc., felt so much better. Then I topped it off with this one and I am totally relaxed and pain free!!!!! Hallelujah! At the end of this relaxation exercise I sensed my blood flowing throughout my whole body-like a slow pulse and also felt more present and grounded. Blessings to you! Hope you are staying safe! Jeannette

    Thank you Alfons. I value your pacing, precision of instructions and your commitment to Moshe's work -- feels as if Moshe is in the room with you as your guide us. You carry and hold an extraordinary gift.

    As someone who lives with crippling tension due to trauma. These lessons are a life saver. I could never afford Feldenkrais lessons growing up but they were always recommended to me because of my situation. Thank you so much Alfons! You are making a huge difference in people's lives.

    Your lessons are changing my life for the better day by day. It sounds contrived and cliché, but it's true.
    But what I absolutely love is your sense of humour. It reminds me that even while in pain, life can be palatable, and doesn't have to be dour and depressive all the time.
    The title, and that purposefully awful intro with the to loud music? Genius.

    This might be incorporated with the Buteyko Breathing Method because it’s about breathing AND relaxing!

    Wow - again this method is now my goto for addressing horrible tension. I extended this a little bit by also raising wrists and ankles one by one in the same way as the elbow/shoulder/hip/knee as have had ankle probs. Slept really well. Feel all aligned today, thank you Alfons.

    Found this excercise very good and useful as the entire body is having the experience of it being shifted at a different level of awareness (as you always mention) even feeling one with the parts of physical. Still need to practice so that can experience a deeper level. Thanks a lot for all the lessons. Although I came to know about Feldenkrais Method recently find it very creative and also relaxing. Thanks once again, Freny from India.

      It's nice, isn't it? Before uploading (final check) I was following the video myself and was surprised how fast the 40 minutes went by. Some kind of very comfortable, tingling sensation through the whole body in the end.

    I discovererd by myself somthing very similar: you can do the same thing in any position, pressing or reverse, on any point touching other one of your body or the floor: then you get asleep so easily and well!

    Alfonse, Deep breatthing as well as sighing , any mouth breathing are very stress full to our body's, we ought to focus more on breathing less and breathing through our nose, Robert Lippman, Patrick Mackowen Max Strom teachings that might be good with Feldenkrais.

    • @cinmac3
      @cinmac3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You are correct, when i write that i was newly aware of breathing.
      any way we can relax and be balanced is what Alphonses focus is.
