Deepak has been way ahead of most Western medical doctors. They didn’t “get it”, so they “rolled their eyes at him”, and worse. He kept going on and now science is catching up with eons old yogic philosophy and that profound understanding of “humans.” Most grateful and blessed to be associated with the Giri, Saraswati and Aranya lineages. Awesome job translating the teachings so the Western Brain might start understanding a different and powerful paradigm to Being. Go, Deepak!!! Thank you!

I've experienced Infinite space during meditation multiple times, it's like being outside of your body & everything is black and absolute silent. I remember the thought: Where did the music go? Afterwards I would come back, slowly hearing the volume of music increasing, as if I've been some where far far away... It's beautiful...

This is something that needs more deeper living. Meditation is the key. Self awareness is the key. The more you practice Meditation you become one with universe, all this makes sense . It does take one away from daily worldly living, but it also has higher rewards. Each soul is on a journey, your perception is what makes your world

By the logic of Deepak Chopra, people who practice what he preaches should be maxing out that 120 year lifespan that seems right now to be the holy grail of longevity and I am just not seeing that.

I’m 60 and because when I was in high school, I looked like I was 12 instead of 17, I was told you will look young later in life and I believed that to be true and I don’t THINK I look like the average 60 year old. In the last 10 years I have been eating more salads and focusing on eating more fruits/veggies!

Chopra does it again where he reads a list from his book but never writes them down on a board or of equivalent format.
He expects people to felber all that info.
People need to hear it and see it written down too

Ridiculous, unless you don't believe in the Bible. Ez 9:11
The soul tha sineth, it shall die
Ecc 9:5,6 The living know that they shall die, the dead know not anything. The memory of them is forgotton.

@@Heyar.. The most advanced sciences are discovering that the body responds to your thoughts. Just as they knew it 2000 years ago. They are showing that if you are at peace, you can heal. Just as they knew more than 2000 (10,000) ago All particles and molecules respond to your thoughts. Then, at peace, you are connected to the whole of which you are a part and the whole is a part of you.

Chopra should use a board to write down his lists he identified as malli.g changes.
He admits it's a lot of I information to give out. So his next podcast he should usey advise. Or have his list pre printed a f.show it.
