      I realise its hard showing what you can do and equipment you use as it can cost you money in the big picture as someone could identify all you're doing and start up a business potentially right next door. I'm a welder-fabricator by trade, and one thing one of my tradesmen told me that only now 20yrs later sticks with me, never show anyone everything you know so you then keep some job security. I make vinyl stickers in my spare time, lil extra cash on the side 100% self/youtube taught. Showed a bloke all the little tricks I had learnt to make a more professional job, but he then pushed me out of business.... So now what I know I'm reluctant to share with anyone....... But top job and great equipment....... Thanks for sharing..... I'm an Aussie, lol so I won't steal any of your work.....

    That plastic sheet trick is the smartest thing I think I've ever seen. I remember giving up on doing all the Samsung phones past the S5 after they started doing the slight bevels on the screens. Trying to separate the assembly from the midframe was a lot harder because of that. Never thought about doing it from the inside out though. It's been a looooong time since I last bothered doing refurb, but I might consider taking another stab at it now.

      Hey! This is outdated one we used for long time right now we use the forward 360. Works great only thing is that you need to make sure that it's plugged into 220 otherwise if it's plugged into 110 volts it's going to take about 30 minutes to heat up. Link to the video is below

    Your are very skilled at what you do, and I can see that doing this repair by someone who hasn't done this before would probably ruin their phone, especially this model Samsung. Noting the special equipment used in the video, this is not for beginners. I say this because I have experience in Ipad and tablet repair, I'm retired and work for mostly family and friends, it's one of my hobbies and keeps my mind active. I would love working for this company though, would be great fun! Thanks for sharing, Brad

    I plan to replace the cracked back glass on my note 9. I got the replacement glass, the adhesive sticker for the back and adhesive sticker for the fingerprint sensor from witrigs. Would I need any other part to ensure I retain the water resistance? (like is there a adheisive for the camera sensor to ensure water does not seep in). Thanks for the video.

    • @MrPhoneDoctor
      @MrPhoneDoctor  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey! It's going to be very tough to keep the waterproof seal. Most times the aftermarket tape is terrible. I recommend using some b7000 glue along edges help give it better hold.

    • @MrPhoneDoctor

      I think everyone claims no bubble but concept is all the same. You need to experiment and find method that will prevent bubbling. Use quality glass and oca should be fine.
