Great points, Adriana. I will add that in my experience: American teams are all about getting things done quickly, EU-based teams are more concerned with Quality and Governance, Indian Teams are also about speed and delivery, and Asian teams are about formality and protocol. Each has its pros and cons. Being able to understand what drives and motivates your remote teams is priceless.
