  • In a market saturated with so many great pedals let me show you why the imsim talentos are the best loadcell pedals I have ever reviewed. At a glance they look very similar to other high end pedals but they have many excellent features.

    Looks like an absolutely solid endgame pedal set. If I had the money I’d buy these in a heartbeat.

    Honestly imo as great as these are nothing beats the VRS pedals and the price to performance of them

    How do these compare with the vrs Pro pedals , the vrs are getting great reviews so how does it's brake spring compare to elastomers?

  • @flyingphoenix113

    Looks like Imsim took almost the exact opposite approach of Asetek. Rather than telling sim racers how their pedals should feel, they've produced an extremely modular pedal set that allows for near-infinite adjustment. I'm a big fan of this approach. I wonder if Imsim will enter the wheelbase market as well. 🤔

    I have purchased this pedal set a couple of months ago and they do not disappoint. Quality and function are top shelf. I highly recommend if you can find a way to try them you’ll see what I’m talking about.

    what is missing from a lot of LC pedals is the "feel" of how much brake you are applying, and those pedals seem to address that really well

    • @flyingphoenix113
      @flyingphoenix113 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      YES! This is my biggest complaint as well. A lot of pedals have mastered the compression phase (the initial "hit" of a brake going into a hard braking zone), but they become completely limp/numb during the decompression or release phase, which is the *most important* phase for shaving off lap time (i.e. trail braking). I'm glad to hear that pedal manufacturers are finally starting to the nail the "feel", as that has been one of the biggest things absent from sim racing imo.

    • @azamat19
      @azamat19 ปีที่แล้ว

      My heusinkveld pros actually do provide that "feel" quite well.

    Nice review. Would you consider reviewing the Sim jack pro pedals? The price to performance looks really good at just under 300$ and they are load cell and I'm considering them as an upgrade from T3PA's with a Cammus base.

    Great review,
    could you tell me is only one elastomer provided in the standar presentation without the brake performance kit?
    Also up to how many kg can you set up the brake pedal with the standar elastomer?

    • @randomcallsign
      @randomcallsign  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      2 elastomers. 60kg and 80kg. You can set up the LC up to 180KG regardless of the elastomer. They will not compress more past their rating. Its explained in the video.

    • @cesmatt
      @cesmatt ปีที่แล้ว

      @@randomcallsign I thought if you wanted to set it up up to 160 or 180 you needed the optional brake performance kit.
      In my case I have enough with 60kg...so in this case I don't need the brake performance kit?
      Also how do you rate these Talento pedals in comparison to HE Sprints?

    • @randomcallsign
      @randomcallsign  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No need for the performance kit. Explained in the video that I find it a waste of money for me.
      Compared to sprints, from what I tried, I prefer the talentos.

    I have the HE Sprint pedals and your video has not convinced me to buy these IMSIM. They look the same and seem to perform the same. Oh, and why do those pedal plates look like if they had taken them from a junkyard.

      I also have a set of sprints, but I heard great reviews about this Talento, as being at the same level than invictas but with a lot more options to set them up to your liking, ando also at same level than ultimates + but cheaper.
