      @@TaroIwamoto Hi Taro. After few days practicing I got some improvements and about two weeks the pain had nearly gone. Before this I have pain on the right side leg. Your exercise has improved my weight balancing issue. Thanks 😁

    First time I noted a small tight spot on one side. Next I tried lying on my back and finally could relax that spot I didn’t even know I was holding so tightly!

      Your attention to your body connects your body to your nervous system and gives you new awareness, which shines light on blind spots. Awareness opends the door to new possibilities:) We hold tension in various parts of our bodies, that is, to say that our nervous system is reacting and responding to certain situations/conditions. So there's good reasons why our nervous system is doing what is doing, and it continues to do what it knows to do until we begin to recognize the underdlying situations/conditions and our habitual reactions to them and explore new options. Then, for the first time, our nervous system has another way of responding to the situations/conditions that doesn't require us to tense our bodies. This shows layers of movement practice and nervous system retraining. Understanding your movement patterns and optimal movement is first layer. There's more to uncover, which makes this practice a journey!

    Great video! 🌟 I love how you emphasize the importance of retraining our nervous system to break free from habitual patterns. 🧠✨ This approach, along with the focus on mindful movement, can really aid in managing sciatic pain. 🌿 It's truly a holistic way to reconnect with our bodies. Thanks for sharing these valuable insights! 🙏😊

    I would love to help you market your channel. I have so many ideas about it (unlike for my tarot channel and client readings for which I’m stumped!) and dude, your material could be so viral and help change society for the better. ❤ thanks for the new vid

    Yes, and how does this improve sciatica physically?
    Chiropractors say yes to neurological repatterining, and 'trick' the body with force application to 'let go' is this correct?

    • @TaroIwamoto
      @TaroIwamoto  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi! not at all "force application", in fact, force can only reinforce your habitual patterns. We've been moving our bodies habitually in daily activities, and habitual movement patterns may have been serving you well enough for many years until they don't, and that's when they show up as symptoms (pain, tingling, discomfort, tension, etc) in your physical body. People assume they haven't had any problems until they become aware of symptoms, but the truth is that their problem(s) didn't just happen recently. Unfortunately, our nervous system continues to rely on what it knows (habitual patterns). My teaching focuses on retraining habitual movement patterns, meaning retraining the nervous system, and integrating new patterns into daily activities. Your habitual movement patterns show up in all movements. How do you carry your weight while sitting and standing and walking, bending, lifting, etc? Pretty much the same way in all activities, so your brain uses the same neural pathways, which accompany the same/similar responses. Exploring new ways of moving your body means creating new neural pathways in your nervous system. This is not a technique. This is a practice.

      @@TaroIwamoto Yes, yet I was talking about the way chiropractors adjust.
      Through say their drop tables, affecting the nervous system.
      They can correct scoliosis directly to an extent, yet this has to be enforced through the lifestyle, as you promote.
      Only a trained corrective chiropractor can do not the common ones.
      I was asking about your modality specifically, compared to the above.

    The videos of 6/5/24 and the one of 6/19/24 on helping sciatica are great!!! After doing both, the discomfort on my right side was much less. However, after doing the sciatica lessons, I felt discomfort on a line across my lower back 2-3” below and parallel to my waist. Was that possibly due to front and back of my body being out of balance? Any suggestions or exercises to retrain my brain about this? Perhaps doing the lessons put a strain on that part of my back?? Thanks so much for sharing your videos!
