Wish Albert had more of a stronger roll in the series. The few scenes he did have were either funny or memorable in some way so he def contributed as a character on this show. Now with that being said I’m gonna go get the papers get the papers.

You can tell Richie really loved Jackie, he treated him better than anyone. He was surprisingly mild mannered even when Jackie was starting to talk too much.

Getting a face lift

I never understood why Albert Barese wasn't a bigger character in the show. I've known many guys like him here on Lawnguylind. Friendly demeanor, straight to the point and never afraid of doing the dirty work.

Just my thoughts, the dude who plays Albert has a channel I found on accident, he puts his rehearsals for roles he is trying to get on it, it's kinda interesting, shows you a weird side of film making you never see

Albert himself says that Sil should have killed Tony for killing Ralph (and since he didn't, it is obvious their relationship is much closer), so why would he be off the record with him again?
Part of Sil's job is handling complaints. He's like a HR director for a corporation .
Sil has the authority to tell Tony he's being an idiot. The captains don't. So they go through Sil.
This is part of why he was so miserable when he was in charge. He was used to listening to disputes but not dealing with them.
