Monochrome is my favorite setting when I shoot too. I used the xpro 1 and I love it. Thank you. I will never give up on photography it's in my nature to take photos.
Your B&W images are absolutely beautiful! In the hands of a shooter with your obvious passion and talent, the xpro 2 is the perfect tool! Thanks for sharing with us.
This was a very nice video presentation discussing your opinion of the Fuji film X Pro 2 camera. I especially liked your photograph of the young lady holding a frame around her body. I thought that was quite a creative shot. :)
The camera is amazing. I picked one up a few months ago and haven’t put it down since. But you are also an incredible photographer. Would love to hear about your editing process too
I agree bro, if folks wanna shoot video they should buy video cameras or at least cameras that are more for vlogging, videography, etc.. I hope that Fujifilm don’t give in to the hype and pressure. I was so happy with their XT5 release/campaign; 'photography first'. I also hope photographers/artists/creatives keep supporting them for staying true to photography. Video is awesome, don't get me wrong, I am literally in awe, when I see amazing video work. Besides all that brother, best for last, your images absolutely rock, thanks for sharing, keep inspiring, theres a realness to your work bro, thanks again. Salute 🫡
I do agree with you, we don't need the latest model, and I always wait for my current camera to die off before I plan to get the next old camera. Anyway so far my camera is still going strong since 12 yeras ago. Have a nice day.
Hey, I appreciate you watching and leaving a comment. Agreed! That’s exactly what I’m doing, waiting for both of my xpro2 ans xh1 to die off before replacing them with newer cameras. What camera are you shooting with?
@@ChaconJairo Currently I am still holding on to the fujifilm GF670 (film medium format) and Pentex *ist DL2 (6.1Mp CCD sensor). But GF670 has been lying in the drybox for almost two year since film cost is getting expensive in my country. *ist though low pixel but I dont do print large so its still good for my usage. Enjoy your shooting and have a good day.
I like your video, I like your pictures and I love your sense of humor 😉 As a married man I agree that the postman always arrives at the wrong time with new camera 😂 All best from Poland
I have a graphite xpro2 and a black xpro2. The black body has the issue where it randomly/intermittently refuses to turn on until I remove and replace the battery. It’s not an issue to me, or hasn’t been, so far. It’s like a sulky kid that won’t do as it’s told until you give it a hug😂
thx for your video. Got the x-pro2 myself (and the x-pro1, x100, x-t1 and x-t3 'cause you can never have enough Fuji's!) and like it for what it does. I like the erf for high contrast scene and mostly use the ovf and sometimes the lcd for quick shots. I have the 18 f2 and 35 1.4 which work great with it. For continous af i have the 23 f2 and 50f2 which also render nice but a bit different (not as classic rendering as the 35 1.4 and 18 f2, but not as clinical as the new 23 1.4, 33 1.4 etc) these are a bit in the middle :)
My apologies for the delay in responding! I shoot in RAW and edit in Capture One. Most of the pictures I have already edited and used them for the video. I will make sure to be clear if I am using the in camera raw process JPEGS. Thank you for viewing and for leaving a comment. God bless!
Yes I agree. This camera is a photographers camera. What is killing photographers cameras. It is video! Why could they not have a camera dedicated to video as it was. Anyway thanks.
Hi Jairo. I've only one question which relates to the reason why I'm hesitant in considering an XPro2--How's your unit's eyecup? Has it held up or has it begun to degrade such that it would eventually fall off sooner or later? (It's a very known issue of this specific Fujifilm camera body). Thank you.
Hey! Thanks for watching! I use the classic chrome as the base and then I edited in Capture One. It really makes a difference editing in Capture One to really get the look you want. For the longest I’ve relied on Fuji’s film simulation and raw converter however since I bought the Macbook Pro M1 Pro, my editing has jumped to another level.
@@ChaconJairo ok so you edit the jpgs in Capture One . Is this better to do over Lightroom ? I also have a M1 . But I’ve been using Lightroom beside I am a Sony shooter A7IV ..but very interested in Fuji
@@87visuals49 hey! I don’t edit the jpegs. I edit the raw files. I use the Film Simulation as a base (or filter) and then fine tune it. I went with Capture One to see if it handles Fuji files better and it does. However, I also went with Capture One to avoid paying adobe every month. I know a lot of Sony shooters that jumped over to Fujifilm for variety of reasons. If you want to use it for fun, I don’t see why you shouldn’t pick up and older camera/lens. Be warned tho, it may cause you to sell off your Sony gear and jump over lol
@@ChaconJairo ohhh ok I see lol and funny this is I haven’t shot in RAW at all on this camera yet so I will soon definitely. Lol and I have been considering switching over to Fuji for photo and keeping my Sony for video
Or you can just buy a XE3 for less. Same thing spec wise but smaller and lighter. Xpro2 is a bit overkill for EDC or travel because you don't need 2 memory card slots unless you're a paid photographer. The camera does look and feel premium then XT2 and XE3 hence the price.

Thank you for watching and sharing your thoughts! I agree, can’t get enough of Fujifilm! You are totally right about cameras and wife not going well together. However, when I push her to take pictures professionally as well, she can’t complain as these cameras are producing money for us! :D
Mate, I can explain, why the pictures look so good: you are an amazing photographer. And yes, X-Pro 2 is one of a kind. Keep up the great work!
Thank you so much. X-Pro 2 is still doing the job for me! :) This is a classic camera. If it ever goes out of service, I will get another X-Pro 2!

I totally agree with you! X-Pro 2 is definitely a passion camera.
You can really see the passion you have about the craft, i'm about to buy a XPro2 and can't wait to start shooting!
I have the camera and the lens - I love it. It's my only lens and I intend to master it before getting a 35mm equivalent
