I learned my lesson with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S, so I ordered the 64GB model of this. The apps use a lot of storage space, and I heard you cannot run apps from the SD card, unlike the Tab S models.

What is your typical use and do you still recommend it?
Im thinking of buying it for some multimedia, reading and taking notes (also maybe some occasional gaming but nothing too heavy)
@@sPaternostro99 I'm using it for a week and I've liked it. Never bought a tablet before because these things are usually expensive in Brazil, so it's my first. Now I'm thinking 8 inches must be the ideal size to balance weight and screen, I think it isn't as comfortable to hold while laying down, but still usable. Still, it's really good for reading articles, PDFs, browsing websites that don't fit well on a smartphone screen etc. And watching videos/pictures of course.
@@sPaternostro99 ok so i own the tablet and I dont really recommend it for like gaming or notes that much
but for watching youtube or netflix or like study (without writing notes) it is good
the issue with taking notes is that it dont have any pens with it . it only works with cheap pens which works in any device or a homemade pen thingy but if you have any of those you can use it for notes
but for gaming the battery drainage is really high for me
even though i dont play games i just use it rarely and still I notice the battery go down fast
Any apps you can't uninstall on a device can usually be disabled though, thus saving storage.

They finally put a snapdragon in the A series tablets 😁
I emulate a lot on android and the emulators run better on snapdragons so this is the first A series I feel confident in buying. It probably won't handle Citra 3DS but everything older should be fine 👍

I got mine for $178 at at Target....and for the price I think it's amazing. It's some of the best money I've spent the last couple years. You're right about having to hold it at a 90 degree angle for the best picture color. If you lay it down away from you it does fade... but why would I want to look at it that way ??

Potty trained since age 2. Hasn't missed a single day of school. Gets 3 meals a day. Play with him all the time. Room kept clean. My kid is very witty and smart and can hold down conversations better than some adults. So your commenting is very laughable. Feel free to call social services though 🤣🤣🤣

Please be mindful that you will not able to move apps to SSD card in this Tablet and there is only 19 GB internal space.
You can add a micro SD with more storage so....get the 32 GB and just expand

I'm very disappointed with this tablet. I "upgraded" from a working Samsung Tab A 10.1 (2016). Frankly it's a downgrade. The most important thing on a tablet is the quality of the screen. The A7 colours look completely washed out. Secondly the screen looked instantly dirty from unboxing. I don't know whether this is dirty screen effect or if it's a fingerprint magnet. Thirdly, and this was the biggest shock, the screen on my old Tab A 10.1 (2016) gets much brighter - approximately 100% brighter. I can't read the A7 in bright sunlight like I can my old Tab A 10.1 (2016). The screen on my old Tab A 10.1 (2016) is better in every respect - it's far more colour accurate, it gets much brighter, it doesn't look dirty. The sound on the A7 is mediocre even with Dolby Atmos on - and that's being generous. I don't notice any difference in speed day to day despite the A7 having 1GB more RAM. In fact when I checked Device Maintenance on both tablets the A7 has less available RAM. In short - do not buy the A7 to replace a working Tab A 10.1 (2016). You will be disappointed.

But oddly enough on my older Galaxy Tab A (8.0", 2019) SM-T290 will.
