- I flew to LA to go grocery shopping with Thomas Delauer at Costco and get some healthy ingredients to make breakfast recipes with. In part one of this collab, we shop at Costco and tell you the top healthy breakfast grocery items to buy, and a few to avoid. In part two coming out Tuesday, we make a tasty keto eggs benedict and 3 incredible smoothies that you guys are gonna love!

I live in Cyprus, so grocery videos don't apply to me as we don't have the same stores as you! Still love to watch them, but cooking videos are where it's at for me!! Love your recipes!!!

How incredibly short-sighted of Costco to ask you not to film! We just dropped a ton there yesterday stocking up and filling the freezer, compliments of your "What to buy at Costco in 2021" video, Man, they should be paying YOU to film there!

I do too. All about logistics. Some Costcos are bigger than others (more shelf space) + different products sell well in certain areas based on demographics.
Also depending on different companies on their distributing... Sometimes they cannot get them to the east coast or midwest or south.

Costco cinnamon is the cassia type.
If you are searching for higher quality cinnamon, choose Ceylon cinnamon. :)

I come from a family with high cholesterol and diabetes and high blood pressure. I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol.
