ALL employees should take a course in this, and Bobby could handle that. Education is key, and the more people who read labels, the more the manufacturers are forced to pay attention to what they add to their products.

Frozen fruit is also good to make your own “fruit on the bottom” yogurt meal prep. You just stick the frozen fruit in the bottom of a jar, layer on some of your favorite plain yogurt, screw the lid on, and stick it back in the fridge. The fruit will thaw in there and release juices that help flavor the yogurt. Then you can top with whatever you want (honey, granola, nuts, etc.), give it a little stir, and you have fruit yogurt without the boatloads of sugar in the store bought version.

Yeah nothing spreads faster than fear.. and unfortunately too many take advantage of most "civilians" not having access to real good info.. Oh and on the omegas, I'm starting to think instead of lowering 6, I will try to up the 3's. Seems like they both are, in their own right, beneficial. Zinc, selenium, copper!, oh and vitamin E (a fantastic de-flamer), all make me feel sun flower seeds are not too bad. Of course just my opinion. Sorry so long 🙂 Have a grateful day!

I'm confused because the bread is sprouted grains ? So if I'm gluten free and celiac I cant have that right? It would be nice if you can please specify if its gluten free or dairy free becaus you say your house is grain free and your lactose intolerant but the Ezekiel bread . I dont think I would touch that . Thank you for all the info . I'm learning ALOT !.🥰

Same confusion on my end. I've been told I need to cut out cow dairy products and wheat. The cow dairy is obvious to me, but I'm so confused and overwhelmed on wheat - what I can and can't eat, what causes inflammation and what doesn't etc. A little more explanation would be super helpful.

We would like to know more about Keto specific foods. The info about gluten free and oils is great, but we're new at this and are really trying to find helpful keto specific foods. I thought we couldn't eat tortilla chips? I saw larry and lenny cookies in wal-mart yesterday? What about all those new Green Giant frozen veggie items? Today I saw Duncan Hines Keto bowls? There's so much; I think you should do a Keto-only show centering on carbs only. Love the show! I've watched 5 back to back and have a page of notes!

Hey guys, I know it’s to late to recommend but the freezer that opens up like a fridge instead of like a chest. It’s so much easier to find things instead of digging and digging into a frozen pile of bricks

the reason chest freezers exist is because they're more energy efficient. there's a lot of air exchange when opening a fridge styled door, and also slowly sweeping through the cracks. with a chest freezer, though, the colder heavier air stayes in the chest when you open it.

    • @johnjohng668

System trend I spent a fortune, yes a fortune on skincare for years! wasting $$$, buying the least toxic products...because I knew good skincare. After becoming chemically injured, I was sensitive to every product...and was now wondering how I would maintain beautiful skin. Guess what? Diet, diet, diet....Bobby’s youthful appearance is genetics, plus his diet. You can rub creams, lotions and lotions on your face til the cows come home, and it’s a scam that the beauty industry perpetuates for $$$$, preying on people who fear aging. Get your diet right. 10 years now, no skincare, except a little coconut oil on face and body. I look younger now than I did with expensive skincare! If you want a cream, go to the health food store and seek one with few ingredients. Don’t buy a commercial product. They all have very harmful ingredients. Just giving you advice based on truth and a lot of experience. I’m 56, and I look 35. Genes and diet. Avocados reverse aging... buy organic and avoid chemicals in your house from candles, cleaning products, and scented fabric softener or dryer sheets (very toxic). Happy life! :-)

Confused why you give some products a pass on natural flavors, then on RX bars you say don't get when that is the only ingredient in the bar that you disapprove. How is it decided when and when not to get a product with it?

chris brennan this is my problem as well. He bends his rules when he’s surprised something wasn’t as bad as he expected. But he expects things like RX bars to be perfect, then when they aren’t it’s a No from him. Pretty dumb in my opinion.

Thanks Bobby and Art. I love cooking and eating but it’s challenging to eat healthily when you have CKD and hubby has Dt2. That said, I sort of ignored conventional wisdom of renal dietitians who advocate white flour & bland food and eat mostly plant-based now. Even the NKF says there are good reports of eating that way. Your videos whet my sometimes jaded appetite for buying food products but as long as we watch sodium, your advice and suggestions are good. Thanks!
