Best video out there regarding the install. Put mine back on today while it was 60 outside at the end of October and only pinched my thumb twice. Ready for the snow..
Are you showing 2 different tractors when adjusting the 'mechanical lift'? I have an X350. When first shown: the painted indicators match my tractor ( no 44 blower markings) But when showing the Yellow marker in the adjusted position, it's aligned with a 44" blower mark (I don't have the marking)??? What do I do?
Yah thanks. I really want the manual but JD is the worst when it comes to finding those online. After 10 minutes and many website timeouts, I will breakdown and watch a video.
Thank you for a well done film. My new X370 will be a dream to hook up compared to my previous 2004 L110 with "Lightning" blower. 14 years without a problem, but what a bitch to take off and on.
I am thinking of buying a John Deere X330 and also the 44" snow attachment. The x330 is 72" long, do you know how long the snow blower and bracket is, essentially how much will it add to the overall length? I have a 112" long shed, hoping it will fit in! Thanks in advance for your advice.
Is this the same setup for an x590? I understand the snow thrower is a 47 inch model but are the lift components the same? I'm asking because I bought a used snow thrower and it came with the lift components you show in the video.
For model year 2016+ this is the lift that is used. I have an x584 and this is the lift that came with my 47" blower. The older model lifts only on the left side of the mower while this one lifts from both sides with the different lifting mechanism.
It will not, the x500 is the older style hook up. in 2016 John Deere switched the way the blowers and blades attached to the tractors. It will not work, I am sorry. Great question!
You could buy the quick hitch and all the connection points but that might get a little expensive when you can buy a whole new blade package with everything for about $580.The good thing is you got a good deal on that one so you should be able to resell it to someone with an X500 series tractor. Let us know if you need that blade, we can order that for you, no problem! Good luck!

Ready for the snow..
Anyone notice they did this in warm weather, not cold and snowy like most of us. Lol great video, thank you
Thanks to Eric over at the Rogers store for helping us on our TH-cam channel going over my John Deere and Toro equipment for my channel! Thanks Eric!
Thanks for posting these videos. Very helpful each season when its time to swap the components!
Thanks for this. This is best video for putting on blower. Critical that it shows the first step of locking back the lift spring
Thank you. This helps a lot. Glad I bought my tractor from you guys.

Thanks for posting.

You make this install much easier buy your example.
My tractor is missing the lift rod linkage. Do you know the particular part number or a way to order that part?
4:40 So that's what it's supposed to look like. Thank you.

Hey Christian,The X330 model with a 44" snow blower measures 104" long. You have more than enough room in your shed!
@@minnesotaequipment4995 Perfect, thank you so much for the quick reply!

@@ean1806 thank you for clarifying this. As soon as I'm done collecting leaves I'll be hooking up the blower and waiting for the snow to fly!
Best video out there. Thanks!!! Is there a tutorial on how to assemble the "Lock Quick Hitch Pins"?????
Will this blower fit a husqvarna TS 354x?
I don't think it will but it's been 3 years now... You've probably already sold that Husqvarna by now

Minnesota Equipment damn. I found a 40 inch shovel from a x500 for $100. My dealer said it would , now I don’t know what to do 😢

Would this work on X390 hydraulic lift. Thanks.
This style 44" snow blower will fit on an X390 model as well.
What's the part number on the whole set up thanks
Do this when it is freezing out
Teach you to be lazy and wait until freezing out! LMFAO !!!
Looks so easy but it wasn’t for us

Will the 44" fit on an x540?
