You mentioned compared to stock, the bars are closer to you now? So do you feel a more natural bend in the arms vs. Being stretched? That’s what I would want...also, could you mention the drill bit you used?
Hi @PIPE 86, yes, they are a bit closer due to the smaller size and the sweep back but the difference is not huge. Another option for changing the stance is something like this : accessories.hitchcocksmotorcycles.com/40663?ref_page=Interceptor%20650 but I haven't tried it. For a more drastic change, I guess, you could use both the bars and the relocator but then the length of the cables and the brake lines might not be enough. The drill bit was a 5mm. I don't like the black but even so those bars look much better. I am going down a different route with my Interceptor, I have flat, chromed bars and 4 inch risers, which put the bars back pretty much where they are now but allow me to bolt stuff to them (Tomtom, clock etc). I may video it all for the world to view, you are such an inspiration.

Selling house, car, if it doesn't fit in the saddlebags it doesn't go. I'm hoping in a few weeks to be back on the road again, but for 2 years this time. Can't wait till you break out.

Please i have a non related quesrion if possible. Is the handlebar crossbar necessary ( the OEm ones on the interceptor) or can i take them off without any issues cause i don't like the look
I don't think you're gonna have any problems. The oem bars seem rigid enough without the crossbar and for normal riding I believe you're not gonna feel any difference. It surely adds strength for hard off road riding (not for the Interceptor!:) ), maybe reduces vibrations and can be used to mount stuff, phone etc. But anyway, I'm no expert and this is only what I think. Let us know if you try it please!
