Pajero vs lifted v8 GU - Spanish Steps

  • After leaving the 4x4earth NSW 1st annual camp trip, a few of us decided to take the fun way home via Spanish Steps.
Check out the difference between a standard Pajero and a lifted v8 GU Patrol. The difference in flex is night and day! Paj has rear LSD or locker (not sure), Patrol has dual lockers... Far from a fair comparison but it's cool to see the differences.

    What's Pajeros tyre size?
Is the front diff locked as well?
What about the drivetrain? 3.5 V6 GDI cuppled to a 5-speed auto? (As it was available in Japan)

I think they both did very will, the paj did an awesome job for what he had to work with. The patrol did do it a bit easier on the steps with a slightly longer wheel bace, I don't think the v8 or the solid axel helped, but a couple of good drivers.
