      I like sit throughs, mountain climber/burpee variations, bear crawls - those type of exercises 👌🏻 infact, I’d love if you could do a High Impact with no squats/lunges one day as well 🙏 appreciate that you think about people who may have knee issues as yours is the only channel I can find with any knee friendly workouts ❤️

    Every time there’s a low impact workout I’m like: ok easy today… and then I find myself struggling to finish it. This is still high intensity! 💪🏼🔥

    I'm 65! Love the low impact but still high intensity though!! I love the excersise wiring abs and back in particular but I can't take any hard up and down movements anymore! Age does take a toll on our bodies

    I appreciate so much that you include warmups as part of the workouts. So many of my favorite coaches leave me on my own for this, which is ok, but far less convenient

    Whoohoo, that was so much fun and a perfect start for this new week, but this side plank exercise, boy, and that ab finisher - crazy!!!     This is my first video on your channel (expect shorts), and I FRICKING LOVE IT!
    I'm really upset about my weight (55 as a teen), I've tried almost everything (dieting, fasting, workouts that deffinetly were for pro athletes and not for a week 14 yo), but everything ended with binge eating. I was ready to give up and repeat mistakes, when I saw your shorts. I really liked it and you gave me hope! I'll continue watching you and I hope I'll end up like you! Thanks!

    I find myself coming back to this workout at least once a month. It really works my whole body, including all my muscle groups, so I always feel very refreshed after finishing it. Best to do in the mornings in my experience, it really sets a good mood for the whole day!

    I'm currently recovering from patellofemoral pain that was caused by an unfortunate knee injury, nothing serious, but I cannot do squats, lounges, burpees etc right now. I was afraid I won't be able to work out during my recovery, but I found your knee friendly high intensity exercises and I'm obsessed! It's really intense, but doesn't hurt my knee. Thank you for this one

    thank you! I love how you mix it all up- I still consider the low impact workouts as effective as the jumping HIIT and for me just as rewarding. It gives my knees a break but still feel totally worked out.

    My knees thank you, Anna!! Your low impact, no jumping workouts are my go to. When it's a no repeat - ka-ching! Jack pot! Like the new side plank combo. Added a bit of challenge to it. Three things I'm yet to conquer in your workouts are the squat pulses, diamond press up and V-up. Those are killers.

    YaAhho ,finally i am roaring in pain and happiness that I have completed 2 months with her and happy that I am continuing on 3rd month . I can't tell how happy I am not only cozz I losed 4 kg but also for that I have a friend to complete my "the true me

    I sprained my knee and I miss the hitt jump workouts soo bad but I can’t do them yet since my knee hurts a lot. Thank you for these type of workouts because now I don’t need to feel like I’m not able to workout and have an alternative to make it easier

    love the low impact workouts when I'm in Hotel quarantine after traveling. Well planned and it's good you include some streching at the end of the Workout. Stretching is really important butmost people forget about it. Usually I do like a fast 15 min workout in the morning and then i mix and match 30 -60 min workouts in the evening.

    Great workout! I really like that you include a warm up and the ab workout finisher. But as someone who went through knee injuries, I must say that some excercises aren`t knee friendly at all. Especially those between 28:40-34:42. Keep up the good work though! :)

    Am 60 and have been physically active. Lately my kneed has given me trouble. I cannot exercise as before. Looking foward to this.
