    I have habit of studying for long hours. My body need 65g protein per day according to weight. I take protein shake(27g protein) a day to skip my afternoon meal and a lot of water.
    My body needs 1880 calories per day ( accor to height weight age exercise )
    from which I consume 370 from supliment

    Don’t understand the language but my mom was prescribed whey protein as her muscles are breaking down, her hips also so I got her the “Myprotein Whey Isolate” and “ Myprotein BCAA 2:1:1” so hopefully this will keep her issue at bay. (We’re 6 mnts into it. So yes, it can be taken without exercise. ( my mom still walks about 5 Km’s most days but that’s not an exercise routine. It jus happens that when we check her, “ HEALTH” app on iPhone, it shows about this & she doesn’t carry phone around house.

    You always are to the point while making videos .Just wan't you to inform public about genuine protein which they should buy .More than 80% of the youth going to gym are buying protein powders from there gym trainers , who are selling cheap quality protein powders , they mix dianabol in the protein to show results to their clients .This is why old people are worried and most of the time actually they are right because there young ones are taking protein powder but what's inside that box is what trainer selling the same knows.
    Hope you would guide youth to be aware of the same .

      There is no recommendation for supplement
      Its always protein recommendations
      If ur not able to get ur daily intake from food, then u use supplement
      But for most people a scoop a day is God enough

    First option should be always diet. If you are non vegeterian eggs chicke fish ,paneer are best. Vegeterian might need whey more as they dont have much options other than soya and paneer

    Hi sir, is there any upper limit on protein consumption, especially for someone living a sedentary lifestyle? If someone is not breaking down their muscles enough, would the additional protein consumed stay unused and cause any harm?

    If we are taking whey regularly also with exercise...will that harm in future? I am talking about whey which we found in market like frotein, as it is, muscle blaze, my protein etc. because there are some preservative, sweetener etc. please answer .🙏..Also I heard don't know right or wrong pea protein is better than whey because of some chemical injection and so on

      But much of it is also converted to tissues ,hair ,nails, enzymes necessary to function body.
      Muscle building needs excercise along with protein intake

    Sir I have muscle stiffness in neck,scapular region and also deficiency in Vitamin D. Taking Cal & Vit D3 supplements & cholecalciferol capsules .when I do some work, pain dont come suddenly in scapular back muscles but comes after sometime. Neurologist suggested me to donate isometric exercises.
    It's been six months I'm suffering with this pain. Currently preparing for defense exams. Sir how to cure this pain completely plz help me?

    One of my friend is obese, but is working out. I suggested him whey protein and he is like no dude, i don't want to take any supplements. Whey protein is bad and i dont want any issues at a later stage in life
