      Resistance band are therapeutic bands which use for rehab as it doesn’t have any weights so will not help you much add body weights workout and home equipment .

    Sir, a lot of people say that it takes 3 years to digest protein powder because preservatives are also added to it. Plz explain whether it is right or wrong.

      Bro if u have never taken protein supplement before then you must take only half scoops for 1 week to get your body used to it.
      Because yes our body suspects a different source of protein going in our body. After 1 week it gets used to and then you can take normal scoops after workout.

      Yes you can have whey protein or 7 egg whites after workout.. but never buy mass gainers. Just eat more protein and carbohydrates rich food.

      Rather than consuming whey protein alone... atleast 2 hours before home workout Try to make a shake of oats whey protein 1-2 bananas milk... this shake will help you to bulk up.. I gained 5 kgs in this lockdown and just maintain your proper diet...

    Some time natural protien less digestive if have digestion problem, as I have tried eating Chicken Egg . Chanas etc. Makes digestion slow even eating fiber and salad with it. And drinking lots of water. Protein powder makes digestion easy for some people. I have not tried. But need to try it once
