I am 85 Kg male, 6 feet height with 15% body fat. I have tried 150 grams, 100 grams and 75 grams protein per day but did not find even a single difference in body composition, strength or anything else keeping all other variables constant such as total calories, workout etc. I have been working out since the past 14 years now and just consume 75 grams protein per day since i feel the healthiest at this protein intake. I have stopped taking any supplement whatsoever.
75gms is enuf. Thats because Only 25g proteins can be absorbed at one go.

Never completed the basic 0.8 g per kg of body weight. Never taken any protein supplements. But diversified my protein sources. Had good strength and good muscle mass. Less fat. Not single digit of course. Strength wise I am good. So even this funda of per kg protein is laughable. I agree we need protein but having half of protein than standard is enough for body building unless you are competing. For competition it’s a different story all together. Focus more on workout. Good form and good healthy diet.

@@steelweldhub9641 calorie deficit bilkul nahi karna. Eat healthy fat and protein. Fibre and probiotics bhi jaruri h to increase absorption. So fat = ghee , almonds , walnuts , peanuts. Roj khao. Protein mein alternate between veg and non veg. Eggs and fish are best. Fibre mein salads and fruits. And eat more to get big. Sirf protein se nahi hoga. For probiotics eat curd , chaas. Etc. and this 50 percent only. Workout karna is mandatory. Uske Bina weight nahi badega. No need to take protein powder or bars.

Sir, Please clear one genuine doubt ki, I am a vegetarian and my Workout is in Evening at 6pm . So Daily routine is
1. Having Oats and 3 piece Brown bread with Tea in Breakfast.
2. In lunch, Sometime I go for Fruits,like apple and Banana & sometimes I go for Rice, Dal, and vegetables.
3. And in Dinner, I take 3 chapati with Vegetables and salad.
So sir, If I calculate myself there is still I need proteins to make myself energetic, and though i feel very little Tiredness before workout.
It depends on your weight and by seeing your dite your protein intake looks very low

Hi Yatinder ji, just a small query to solve my confusion, I saw one video of your's where you have recommended GNC whey protein product and in this video you have suggested 2X Nutrition IsoMagic. Now I'm confused which one to choose out of two - as in which one is best to use. If you can explain and recommend it'll be really helpful. Just to give you little background - I workout regularly and have office to attend and my meals cannot provide me the protien dosage I need, otherwise my carbs from my meals also increase, so I need something which is genuine and with no side effects.

I used whey protein isolate of big muscles 2 years back with 45 min of workout daily for about 2 month and it caused me a lot of acne on back in winters even after stopping the intake. I consult with the doctor and the doctor says that acne is caused by the whey protein.
Take with milk and use whey protein concentrate
