DOES THE ATF HATE GRIPS? Why are Vert grips illegal?

- Does verticale grip actually matter? What about angled grips? Do grips help reduce recoil or recoil management? Why does the ATF not allow vertical grips on pistols? Wouldn’t that improve accuracy and safety?
We shoot little dingers and big ole bangers. Based in Arizona.

Do not participate in these activities without having a trained supervisor. All events occur in the presence of trainer professionals and in an area deemed safe for firearms. We clean up our brass and leave the area cleaner than we found it.

Short barrel laws make no sense. Especially because pistols exist.
Yeah it drives me crazy thinking about all the laws or loopholes there are in this industry. Non of which seems to stop criminals so idk why we even try
@@pewpewdingers its meant as a way to literally infringe on constitutional rights and create felons out of law abiding citizens...
FASCIST COMMIE UTUBE IS CENSORING ALL OF US IN WAY TOO MUCH KIND OF FASHION....
And bullpups
The NFA was actually supposed to ban pistols and the short barrel laws were there to prevent someone from making something that would be as concealable as a pistol. Banning pistols didn’t stick but the sbr and sbs laws did. (This is a gross oversimplification and while I’m explaining why it is this way, I do believe the NFA is unconstitutional and should be repealed.)
The ATF are idiots, and I think their "rules" are completely arbitrary.
The way the NFA is written, it is conceivable that the ATF could one day make it illegal to hold a handgun with two hands. in 1934, everyone fired handguns with one hand and the NFA reflects this.
Didn’t the Supreme Court say that it was unconstitutional to be taxed for pistol brace?
Not the Supreme Court. The 5th circuit said the ATF violated the APA with the way they did the rule. They're appealing that decision at the moment. Looks like the 8th circuit is probably going to rule against the ATF also. That one has 25 states, SB tactical, and FRAC as plaintiffs. So even if the 8th circuit only grants the injunction for the plaintiffs, that's half the country and anyone with an SB tactical brace.
Honestly I look at it like if you are less accurate the more mistakes you can make and more rules that can be used against us.
Vertical grips are stupid anyway - holding vertical doesn't help mitigate muzzle rise. It can be more comfortable though. angled foregrip is the way. but the whole SBR/SBS/Supressor laws are insane.
Yeah I 100% with this.
Bc the ATF isnt trained that well. They need an advantage over common ppl. Now play fair and be less capable
Those Troy vertical grips are underrated.
If you put the vertical grip on the side would it be a horizontal grip thus not illegal? 😅
the ATF has no authority to regulate an inalienable right....
You forgot to try to put the grip to the side (horizontal like a Sten gun) 😛
ARIZONA ALWAYS FUN TIMES HERE !
they tmp trigger is the way it is, because its a dual function trigger, first stage is single, the wall is where the auto function used to be
Because criminals so care about laws and rules
Are you guys in Arizona?🤔
This wasn't ATFs doing they are the enforcers. It was the concoction of the 73rd United States Congress none who are alive today. Majority of enforcement of NFA laws starts with local law enforcement notifying the ATF of a violation.
I want a SBR so badly but the government be making theses decisions that tax people who have good intentions with them they do realize that if a criminal wants to have a sbr they won’t care about laws bc they are out for harm while me a good person has to pay 200 bucks for a stamp saying I get a right to own a sbr smh
With air gun replicas you don’t have to worry about laws for the most part but nfa is stupid.
the atf hates you, not grips not bump stocks not glock switches, they hate YOU.
I personally do not like traditional forgrips, on my SBR's I run a nub just as a hand stop and anchor point.
Yeah honestly that’s the best way.
oal over 26 you can have the vfg, its an other firearm and legal
Your mistake was trying to make sense of nonsense
Didn't run the angle grip
You should know this by now I mean I get why you're making the video but my grandfather with Alzheimer's makes more sense than other people do
