My first husband did 2 tours in Vietnam as a Crew Chief/Door Gunner flying Green Berets into Cambodia & Laos. He told me the government was lying about being in those countries. The government kept insisting we did not have troops there. Technically, we didn’t have ground troops there but special forces were. These guys were amazing. Even though my husband was shot down 3x’s he and many others survived but there are still over 150 green berets missing, no trace😢Much respect🇺🇸

It's inspiring as heck and reinforce's my COMMITMENT TO KEEP OUR CONSTITUTIONAL FREEDOMS AND AND RIGHTS. ALSO DO AWAY WITH THE FBI, CIA,IRS and start over with
PEOPLE THAT'S NOT AN ARM OF THE DAMACRAT SOCIALIST COMMUNIST REGIME. If an FBI HEAD OF OPERATIONS CAN SAY THEY WILL PICK THE PRESIDENT. Not going to be POTUS DONALD J TRUMP then I can say I would go to war to fix this mess in Washington of Carrier POLITICIANS. TERM LIMITS HAVE TO BE MADE.

Kureth a book about his Vietnam experience titled, “Refections Of A Warrior”, a book now out of print, yet one of the well written books I have ever read on Special Forces combat in Vietnam, it would be great if Jim and Tilt could do a podcast highlighting Miller’s service and his team and the events related to Frank being awarded The Congressional Medal Of Honor.

Truth is stranger than fiction. Thank you Jim, Tilt, Jocko and Echo for chronicling and sharing these stories. My Dad told me stories of Nam, I assumed he was full of it until I heard your stories. God bless America...

Tilt, thank you. For some info, the AF (and their infinite wisdom) had 2 pilots flying in the backseat of the Phantom up until late 1968. My grandfather was a pilot who died in the backseat in Laos 03/21/1968. Their DPAA case is Refno 1100. No remains ever found, but they crashed with a full fuel and bomb load, not sure what would be left.

I was relinquished by my mother for adoption in 1967. She knew my father, who ended up serving in Vietnam. They did not keep in touch. It was a closed adoption, I could not get any identifying information about either of my birth parentss until a bill was passed in PA in 2016. For all those years I had wondered what had become of my father, wondering if his name was among so many others who never returned from Vietnam. As it turns out he returned and is just fine. But the not knowing leads to wondering. And the mind can provide vast spaces to speculate. To be able to put those things together is a great step in gaining closure. On behalf of those who want to know about lost relatives, thank you Wild Carrot for your tireless work in this effort, to help bring closure to the relatives of the dead pilots.

This guy seems like the sweetest guy ever that would run Sunday school class…he’s so chill yet he’s a super professional war SF tier operator that have experiences that would make the “toughest” men today shake in their boots. To them this is just another day at the office. These type of men are rare species. The real legends of our country.

This guy is living James bond. Amazing. We need to hear more of green berets. Market has been flooded by navy seals...seams like from what I can gather is seals are the hammer and green berets are the scalpels
