      You can do like how gunjan is doing now in her weight loss challenge #30daysweightlosschallenge. You can buy a kitchen weighing scale and measure and take food in your plate, have whatever is prepared by your mom, but in proportions, you'll definitely see results!!

    The best part about these diet plans is that it don't seems like a burden
    And My Challenge is my Mom!!😑🙆 I mean!! I follow diet for few days &I don't like to eat junk genuinely!!
    But Then my Mom makes Puri, Dahi Vadaa.. etc etc and then she's like.. "Areyy Hum akele kaise khaa skte hai,Agar tu nahii khayegi tu hum bhi nahi khaayenge"😂 I tried to make her understand that I'm not feeling like craving for it,So they can.. But Mom's Love😂💖

      Ask ur mom to prepare sandwich, paneer tikka, etc..stir fries instead of deep fried.have cheela.

    I love this video because it's have many options mostly diets are very boring and taste less but this diet have so many varity of foods that's just look like a full week treat for me without any guilt and unhealthy eating I am teenger (16) Thanku so much maam.... 😍🥰😘

    Guys, especially teenagers bilkul bhi Coffee or Tea subah subah mat lena. Actually caffeine jitna ho sake avoid karna. It's not good for anyone, let alone teenagers.

    Teenagers must drink milk two times in a day and they should not consume green tea or black frequently this often then why have you put it in the diet plan

      If you want to give tea, you should give herbal teas only. Children between the ages of 4 and 10 should only be served herbal teas as it contains no caffeine. Children between the ages of 12 and 13 can be served black tea, green tea, or milk tea

    The diet plan is great. But I have a question. Like I have been following this similar kind of diet plan. Everything is good. But the thing is dinner is never filling. Like only soup and salad se dont get fully satisfied and feels like I am starving till midnight. Can you please suggest something else.

    while following the diet i would be in my school so i basically have short break and lunch break so if i take in your breakfast as my short break then we directly have kunch so when should i comsume the middle snack and the drink before having lunch

    I have loose 16kg with this type of healthy diet only..but I can't give up milk tea ..so I prepare it with double toned milk..is it ok to take milk tea every day 2tyms
