Love how Moseley defends her without knowing anything, and how miss baxter still defends and helps Thomas despite everything, just want them both to gave their happy ending

Mrs. Baxter is a wonderful woman, an example of taking responsibility for her wrongdoing and completely turning away from what she did without continually blaming others.

Isn't she Miss Baxter? I agree. She also has a kind heart.

Always liked Mr. Molesley. He only saw the good in people but knew who were manipulative and not so nice.

He knew Baxter was a good person and would never steal unless forced to. Because she's too proud she won't give him all the details which put her at a disadvantage. Any normal person would have given the full story to make themselves look better.

He has his limits though. Like with Ethel.

Baxter is an amazing example of how to learn from your mistakes and move forward. She is one of the kindest, most caring staff of Downton. She and Mr. Moseley are two of my favourite people on the show.

Baxter is the perfect Lady's maid for Cora. They are both soft spoken.

Wasn’t Mrs Baxter the one who saved Thomas when he tried to commit suicide?

Yes, she suspected Thomas' intentions and she found and saved him.

I never understood why she did that, knowing he would live to make trouble for everyone. But the writers needed him back to shake things up a bit.

@@elisecooper1942 He wasn't quite as scheming as he had been in the past after his suicide attempt. He had been quite humbled by the show of care he received from people he had treated badly. He wasn't perfect, but he had calmed down.

I fell in love with Mr. Molesley the second i saw him. He's just..i can't describe it...but one thing's for sure: I MOST DEFINITELY wouldn't wait for my mama to tell me when to feel physical attraction. HaHa!

Here's to a spin off for Mr. Molesley and Ms. Baxter. I would love to see their adventures as Mr. Molesley begins his screenwriting career. That would be too much fun.

Superb acting, the viewer (at least I) feels how hurt Molsely is. The actor show he can do more than playing a clown.

Odd ..if Baxter had not stolen and served time and was indebted to Thomas for some reason, she would have never made her way to Downton and she would have never met Moseley. Barrow never wanted to see anyone happy because he could not be happy with himself. (That is until the 2nd movie...)

Interesting. A thief, Thomas calling out another Thief Baxter. Thomas committed more crimes than anyone, he was just too much of a slippery fox to get caught.
