Yes, that was so funny!! We can always look for Molesley to lighten up the mood. Remember the Highlands Ghillies Ball ... LOL ? PEACE to ALL ... and STAY SAFE and HEALTHY.
@Toby Saunders *won't. Future tense. It's alive and well in our hearts 😂😁🤣 and we're holidaying there for Christmas....and need Moseley and the Dowager Countess.
I just figured out how to leave a message. I ❤️ Molesley! He has given me so much joy! AND no matter how many times I have watched Downton Abbey (I HAVE ‘Prime’) GUT WRENCHING ‘laughter!’ In a San Francisco newspaper, I think the pink section, used to be the movie section. (Lived there a long time ago!) Anyway, there used to be a ‘little man’ sitting on a chair ‘👏’ or ‘laughing’ same premise! Sometimes he would be practically falling off the chair and you would say to your friends ‘the little man (clapping/laughing)’ falling off his chair! That’s my take on Molesley , ESPECIALLY when he told the Queen about who cooked the meal (movie) ‘the little man is ON THE FLOOR, he fell off the chair from laughing sooo much! Hope I didn’t give it away! BEST for anyone (like me) grieving the loss of loved ones, give me a Molesley episode any time of day to cheer me up during a sad moment. 👏👏
I half expected Carson to beckon Mosley to his pantry brandish a straight razor and say, "Now then Mr Mosley, will you attend to your hair or shall I attend to it for you?"

I hope that the new movie will have Molesley and Baxter getting together as a couple. The first movie made Molesley look a bit silly. I want him to have a good story and be happy. Not just comic relief.

I literally added to this scene to my fanfiction (A time line where Matthew didn't die) after I watched the episode. Moseley comes to Matthew for advice, since he's 'good with the ladies' which Matthew thinks he doesn't. He tells Mosely a secret, that his hair colour isn't really his natural hair colour, it was when he was younger, and that he dyes it. He tells Moseley to do something to make her notice him, he misinterprets. Instead of backfiring, it works! Though Miss Patmore hovers over him, asking what he's done to his hair. "I dyed it." "Who gave you a crack pot idea like that?" "I think it looks rather nice, Mr. Moseley." Baxter, who is sitting at the servants table, looking up from the shirt she is mending, giving him a smile. Moseley looks confident but not too confident.
@@lindabiggs3905 I think it might have been the realistic lighting that prevented us from seeing how "blue" his hair looked. Had the lighting been a lot brighter, we would have seen it but then the seen wouldn't have looked very realistic.
I’m sorry but how is being Irish also being Latin? Was Ireland ever part of Latin Europe? Cause I though they’re known for having blonde or red hair and blue eyes
I love Barrow... The funniest thing is that he never managed to harm anyone ... He tried to frame Bates twice - to no avail. He was blackmailing Baxter, but even if he had told the Countess, I don't think she would have fired her. If anything, she would fire them both simultaneously. But I'm curious about something else - when Miss Baxter noticed the lack of shoes and Thomas came in - she seemed to be afraid of him more than she should have. Barrow has never touched (and will never touch) her and she is tense, as if afraid of being hit. I think someone in the past (I think we all know who) treated her even worse than Barrow.
I believe initially most viewers hated him including me as he appeared to be a very negative person, however towards the end I actually started to appreciate and like his acting more than the character.

The Spanish invaded Ireland in 1601. Some Irish people have dark hair.
I guess I jumped to conclusions because the Spanish didnt stay. But some Irish people have dark hair and eyes.
Robert was just pulling stuff out of the air really. But it's green eyes with red hair the Irish are stereotypically known for, not blue.
