I’m closing a deal this weekend on a Rubicon X model for $20k off MSRP. I’ve been sitting on the sidelines for several months refusing to buy until and unless I could do it for $50k OTD. Today I found that dealer with the model I wanted. It’s a challenging environment but with perseverance and keeping emotions firmly in check it’s possible to get significant discounts. Hopefully things even out for Jeep over the next few years under new leadership.
Jason, I flopped around on the deck for some months about whether to get a leftover 2024 Gladiator or custom order a 2025. With the lower 2025 MSRP (primarily Jeep throwing in the automatic transmission), the nice discounts off MSRP that could be gotten in a custom order, and getting the exact configuration you want, a 2025 seemed like the way to go. Your videos were instrumental in making an informed decision.
I just went in to my local Stealership and go buy a 24 rubi MSRP 66380 for 46470 and they said they cant sell me the truck because its only a 1 day Special...Funny thing is the ad is still on their website.
They are selling like crazy right now. Jeep and ram just sold 100k vehicles in the last month or something like that. Have the article saved but didn't read it all yet. But they sure are selling
@Jason-Samko wouldn't touch a Traverse with a 4 cylinder Turbo either. At 40k? Rubicons aren't bad. 50-60k? I'll take the Tahoe 4x4 z71 or gmc Sierra AT4 at 60k. 🤷♂️
I just bought a 2024 Gladiator Rubicon X four days ago and got 20% off MSRP + $500 military discount so what you heard is true. Although I did get raked over the coals for trade in value on my 2023 Wagoneer Series 3!!
I’d consider one if it had the v8 as I pull a few mowers and cut commercially. I’d be nice to have the gladiator but with more power. I’m excited to see you get the army green rubicon Jason. That’ll be bad ass and I know you’ll be putting it to the test for sure lol👍👍👍
Meh, I had a 392 Wrangler (that I paid cash for) and traded it for a dually. It sounds cool in theory but was way to much power for that light of a vehicle and I got horrendous fuel mileage. Like 8 MPG. Also just bought a 2024 Gladiator Rubicon X a few days ago and got $15,000 off MSRP. Already hooked up my 4k lb trailer and it pulls it just fine.
Really enjoying your videos. I bought my 2023 gladiator rubicon with the 15% national discount last year and i thought that was really good. The deals right now on 24’s with 20% plus dealer discount is insanely good, to the point where its tempting to trade up to ‘24 rubi, but unfortunately it seems to have really driven down the ‘23 values and will probably be worse next year. Im curious to know if you’re still waiting for the ‘25 discount later this year.
just made a video about this in a rare ga snow storm tonight. It will publish soon. But its not just jeep gladiator. the used market is very volatile right now and its because of the drastic new truck discounts that have been happening as the market tries to stabilize. Until it stabilizes resale is a crap shoot on all trucks right now.
They did drop the Gladiator MSRP recently (maybe a day or so ago), but only by about 1,300. Still something though. Wonder if they also dropped the price of the Wranglers a bit.
Hey Jason, I can confirm the 20% below for 24' Gladiator Rubicon and Mojave models at the CDJR dealership near me (Northern California). This averages out to around $13,000 under MSRP. I see some Rubicon's around 48K and a few Willy's for around 44K. Both are also listed as conditional. Definitely interesting...
Interestingly, there are dealers out there right now who have carried over 10% off (Dealer Discount) in combination with the National 20%. That, my friends, is a smoking deal.
I'm in south ga. Leather is always burning hot and we are always in thin shorts. And leather scratches much easier. Cloth for me is more durable, stain resistant, not hot or cold when you get in and my legs don't stick to it

Hey man! Something to note on the Jeep and Ram sites… when building out a vehicle, the pricing can be deceiving. It lists the Net Price. Not MSRP. If you click up above on the Net price, a box pops up with a break down. It’ll show the base price; plus destination, then it deducts current incentives for a Net price. Still… prices in 2024 & 2025 seem to be gettin better on gladiators! And yeah; 15-20% off 2024s right now! If a dealer has a vehicle that's been on the lot 200 days that dealer has a problem called greed. Jeep dealers around me deal well and move vehicles fast
I keep hearing the same, but I'm not seeing it in the real world where I'm at. Then again my local Ram Jeep Chrysler dealer has almost no remaining 24 inventory.
@andrewshenton6541 if there is a 2023 left that dealer thst has it is to blame for being to greedy and not wanting to move it. But I don't think we will see 60% off
If there are 23s on a lot that's a dealer red flag. No reason for any 23s to be left other than greedy dealers. And no 24s in my area. Have not been for over a month
How about all the cars and trucks that are repossessions! I know of one guy who got his taken back by the bank! I hear there are going to be thousands and thousands of these cars being repossessed!
20% or 13000 off plus an additional 6k off by dealer incentives, on mojave and rubicon trim lines only, and has to be financed through Stelantis, for the full term at 6.93% apr over 72 months if you do the math.. there's no discount. It's a game that these car manufacturers play to make it seem like this spectacular deal.. But in reality lets break it down.. 68k with msrp for a mojave, which gets a 6k dealer incentive, plus the 13k discount, for a total of 19k off.. or 49k then they do tax off the original msrp of 68k so in my area that's 8.18 (thanks biden) sales tax.. which is about 5600.00 so that's now about 55k, then we have destination fee of 1800, so it's now about 57k then we have the mandatory finance through stelantis, 6.93% with excellent credit, is about 15,000 in interest, so add that back to the 57,000 and you get 72,000 or about 1,300 cheaper than the original price.. It's all a scam.. don't fall for it..😂
I disagree. First, sticker MSRP includes destination charges so I’m not sure why you’re adding that charge again in your calculation. Second, you do not need to finance through Stelantis to get the 20% off or dealer discounts.
@ It's different depending on your region, where i am in the MidNorthEast on the stelantis site, that's legitimately the terms.. I was hyped and went to look at a red mojave with the options i want, which is the alpine and heated seats, with the dual top group. They still pulled the same crap with trying to tack on fees, by the time they had the deal written, it was zero savings.. There's a reason this stuff is sitting sometimes for years on these lots. They still had new 2022 rams on the lot.. even saw a new ecodiesel wrangler on the lot.

I am in the same boat with a black 24 Rubicon X, but my OTD is $52k with 21k off and I walked away for hopefully one last squeeze.
The new MSRP versus when you started to build is due to a color option pre selected. Like the Hydro blue for example.
