I REALLY wanted to buy an F250 SD. However, I heard about problems with the transmission and I heard about engine failures with the 7.3 Godzilla. Has Ford successfully addressed these problems ??? Like I said Id really like to buy one, but, I'm not gonna spend that kind of money, if the truck is gonna spend a lot of time in the shop getting fixed.

Is there really a new 2025 Chevy S10 that is only a 4 door when we all want a small 2 door extended cab and standard cab that isn't lifted? We want a 3000 pound truck that is a 5 Speed 2WD maybe the Xtreme version options.

I go with zr2 in black i got the at4x in black . I got have bose stereo power seats remote start an neaver had ventilated seats before but they are nice . Great videos tell your wife if u didn't see there storage place above infotainment screen also

Yeah I think gm needs to fire whichever engineer that said let's put a single speed transfer case in here. I understand why they did it because it's more expensive to replace a two speed transfer case because most people anymore who buys trucks don't read the owners manual were it specifically tells you you have to drive the truck so many miles in 4hi and 4lo every month, but it's stupid doing that, they should allow the owners to choose what they are planning to use the truck for and able to pick the transfer case in all models except for hd trucks no matter if it's just a Colorado or Silverado wt, lt, custom they should be allowed to choose and they also should be allowed to choose the rear end gear ratio is liked it when we were able to before and the ZR2 should come standard with either the 3.73 or 4.10 gears with a 4 to 1 transfer case standard then they would really be a awesome truck. The hd trucks should come standard with the 3.73 and 4.10 gears like they used to and people were also allowed to choose which one they wanted

Ford lost me as a customer over this very thing. What good is a warranty covering a product if it takes forever to fix it?

The Ford Bronco is a future headache.

You definitely get what tou pay for. The shocks, lockers and skid plates are a bargain for that price difference - if thats what you need. I'm cheap and generally like stripo specials. My plain white '24 TB has only one option: trailer package. It fits my needs and budget just fine. I will admit the GMC AT4 Canyon to my eye is slightly nicer looking and the interior is a bit cushier but not worth the extra 5 grand for me to chase after one.

did they fix the transmission issues? i know there were many failures by 120k miles for quite a while.from what i hear the 10 speeds are'nt much better than the 8 speeds in longevity.

The ram PW has basically Torson front and rear ends with additional lockers. I rarely have to lock in my front or rear dif because both are a limited slip anyway. Throw in the sway bar disconnect and it can not be beat. Love my PW

I was looking at a Colorado Trail Boss and a Tacoma TRD Sport as a delivery/utility vehicle for my business but my brother and business partner suggested I look at a Frontier. I checked out a Hardbody that had been on the lot a few months and wound up buying it over the others. For a similar equipment level to the Tacoma it was about $11k less OTD. Pricing was a bit less than the Colorado but the V6 on the Frontier was the deciding factor. The level of tech is perfect. If I had it to do over I’d buy the Frontier again.

For like 99% of people the Trailboss with safety/tech/tow package is more then enough and a steal at the price (you can get them under 40k OTD now which is kind of crazy). The ZR2 is just so spicy though, and I'm incredibly tempted to get it even though I know replacing the shocks will cost an arm and a leg.

people are lame, they cant afford one so no one else can have them as well.....financial situations are drastically different as well as their negotiation skills at dealerships.....there are people paying more for 40k car than someone who buys a 60k truck just based off the deal structure they made..... very good take Jason, its everyones decision to do whatever they want.....can buy a denali and burn it to the ground if you so desire prices never go down so get used to it, cheaper today than it will be in few years and car dealers arent going anywhere....they act like dealerships havent been pulling same bs for decades, it wont change and they arent going anywhere

Hey Jason, i agree, would be my choice too But l looked at one about a month ago, and i gave it a good look over, and there was rust on the shock mount brackets and it was still on the lot, it turned me off . The rust was right where the brackets were welded on. Big disappointment Couldn't believe it .

i bought the husky 10 drawer combo kit at home depot for $298 really well built for the money i cannot believe how well made it is . the one i got was originally almost $500
