Love the tree and especially that the first ornament was Firefly! I didn't usually have breakfast, before top surgery, but I was told it would help healing to take collagen. So I started having one scoop of unflavored collagen powder in fruit juice, and I still am doing that. Even if I don't feel like having breakfast, drinking a glass of juice is fine, and while it doesn't have many calories, it does have protein. Unflavored is key. Having a thick, sweet, flavored protein shake does not appeal to me. Hope you find something that works for you.
In the US we draw from the vile with a 18 gauge needle, then inject with a 25 gauge needle. It's good that you got to practice at the doctor's office first. I'm guessing that is what you used as I wasn't familiar with the measurements you stated. :-) Yes, oats can be a problem for some. For a morning shake, I use whey protein, cashew milk, banana plus strawberry or blueberry, spinach, carrots, flaxseed oil, chia seeds, raw honey. You can leave out the oats, because you get fiber from the other sources. Good luck finding something you can eat for breakfast.
High protein during eating windows while intermittent fasting is the key to having energy last throughout the day. Always listen to your body. Carbs are necessary as long as you are intaking good carbs. Breaking your fast with protein then intaking as much as possible during your eating window. Lots of water as well.
Please take care of yourself. If you want the six pack abs, find a personal trainer to work with you. They can create a workout program just for you. I hope you don't mind a compliment. You have really beautiful bad ass bad boy baby blue eyes. Happy holidays.
