Just since I've started watching your channel, it seems (from my side of the screen) the times you're in the moment is when you're out in nature walking around and enjoying what's right in front of you at that time 🌳☺
I hope you're enjoying the change of seasons as much as I am, all the leaves are gone from the trees here, so it's weird that it's hot and looks like mid-autumn! (70F, 23.8C? Do you use decimal points in the way you say your temperature, or just "It's almost 24 degrees!" type of thing?) I'm from the U.S. and realizing over the years just how closed-minded of an education system I was offered growing up. I'm also 47 so I remember old geography maps didn't have the same name for the large country to your east as they call themselves today 😳🫣
I love cliffhangers, I hope you have a great time until you post again, and great job on your fastest 1km run! 🏃♂
Do you celebrate Halloween or something like it? I'm always curious and ask everyone I watch about their seasonal festivities 😁
Very important to take the time to point out a conflict or a "you crossed" a boundary with me and this is how it makes me feel. Rather than letting a series of annoyances build to a major boiling point because when the other person crosses the line again, your built up anger will be out of proportion to the immediate offense. They are not including past infractions because only you know they happened.
Something that might be useful is setting aside an hour a day to think about certain topics/feelings and making an effort not to think about it the rest of the day. It helps you have a space and time to properly address the feelings rather than constant thoughts popping up and never "being in the moment".
How are you doing today, Daan?
😺✌️
