    This is a 15-minute workout to give you a Firm & Flat Abs at Home. We'll be targeting your abs from every angle, upper & lower abs, obliques and also the deep core muscles. Simple yet very effective movements, suitable for all levels! You can add this exercise at the end of your workout session. Do it 3 - 4 times weekly for best results. SHARE this workout on! xx

    I was just wondering to work on abs
    Because recently I learnt in my school that the pancreas gland is so important
    It is sometimes also addressed as master gland
    And I knew exercising abs is also making that gland healthy

    The best part about your routines are that you even instruct about the minute details. Most of the routines don't even mention about the breathing system while doing each exercise. Right breathing makes a huge difference to me.

    Today I tried one of Pamela Reif‘s workouts and I gotta say: I love you even more now :D you are so natural and motivating, you sweat together with us, you make sure that it‘s the movement that counts - not a pretty face. I‘m looking forward to this new workout here
