    Her workouts are killers but she's so motivational and inspiring that I'm always panting almost dead on the floor but totally proud of myself at the end. She's the best!!!!!

    My favorite time to do this workout is actually after work. ❤️ I have a desk job and this always re-energizes me so I can stay productive in the second half of the day too.

    Didn't feel like working out because I was on my period but did yours because it was only 15 minutes. Worked up quite a sweat! Hope to see more of these types of workouts from you. Thank you ❤️

    Hey jo. Suffering from back probs due to sitting too long at work. Doc recommended that I do quick exercises before shower so this was perfect. Will do it daily. Thanks.

    I kinda struggled with mountain climbers and lunges as well as sumo squats in terms of not bending fully. But this is my first day of getting back in shape so i guess it will be easier ad the week goes on, thank you for amazing workout!

    Joanna please post video on exercises to prevent bloating. If I m suffering from bloating then which exercises have to do to avoid bloating effects.
