Hey Susan, When did you stop being WFPB and why? I think that would be a really interesting topic for a VLOG. I think there are a lot of people who were surprised by this information that was just slipped in there. Did I miss this on a previous VLOG?

I couldn’t read the recipe for the lentil tacos. Can the presenter post it?
A lot of these people must be on modified or maintenance plans. Grains at lunch, grains at dinner, 2 fats at dinner (avocado and oil), etc. are not part of the original weight loss plan. If they are eating extra foods & still losing weight, I'm jealous lol
To bad I can’t read a single word that the paper behind the lady from Taylorsville who is a retired teacher. If anyone knows the recipe can you please let me know? I know she says it but it was way to fast and all at once. Thank you in advance
