    Love the garbage bowl! We do compost. I love food prepping it's my favorite part of cooking actually. I'm binge watching these videos getting ready to begin I'm excited

    Two of my older sons had a friend whom was doing BLE and lost over 80 lbs so they purchased the book and cook book for me and I’ve jumped on and now I too am on my way to being happy thin and free...

    I was introduced to Bright Line Eating by a coworker turned friend who is on the program. I sat with her when she ate and was impressed with the volume of food and her joy over food freedom. I’m so great full.

    I’d LOVE to see a soup or stew recipe to batch cook, measure and freeze. I’m sure there’s a mathematical formula to make it work, and a little guidance would go a long way, especially once fall and winter months draw near.

    I heard about bright line from Pinterest when I was looking up a chapel and it said it was for bright line which I had never heard of so I looked that up and that's how I got interested in that. It just makes sense to me

    Thank you for this video! It's given me some great ideas. I will say, though, that watching you cut off an inch or more off the ends of those cucumbers hurt me ;u; haha. you can just slice off the stem at the end, instead of losing so much of that produce! Thank you though, i look forward to watching more videos!

      Hi there! There are two videos for Dutch Oven Chili and Chicken Taco Soup which are both large batches of dinner recipes that can be portioned out and refrigerated or frozen. 😊

      dinners are where I struggle, because of feeding the family who is used to casseroles and one pot meals. maybe I just need to eat completely different food than them....any help for this problem?@@Brightlineeating

    I learned about BLE from a You Tuber who was half of a couple who had lost a lot of weight. I was struggling with nutritarian eating because I kept making giant portions of food that I didn’t really like). Was watching for nutritarian guidance. The husband in this couple lost all his weight with nutritarian eating, but the wife said that didn’t work for her so then lost hers with Bright Line Eating. Looked it up and found it provides: 1. Boundaries I need 2. Support I can use 3. Access to the foods I really like, like oil and salt 4. An amazing track record for being so relatively new and 5. The best scientific credentials of anything out there. I feel like Susan Pierce Thompson is on the cutting edge of weight loss where it comes to our understanding of ourselves so far on this planet. This is quite a commitment, but I’ve given it a lot of thought, bought equipment, and signed up for the boot camp. Coming out of a chaotic Covid year, I can really use structure in my life overall that I don’t have to DIY, so I’m really excited to get started this Monday!

      I too have the same issue with WW program .. over two years on that program and I lost less then ten pounds, now with BLE in three months I’ve lost 11 lbs👍

      Hi Shannon! If your shifts are the same time each day, we'd recommend planning your meals to fit your work schedule and just try to make the meals about the same amount of time apart. Typically that's about 5-6 hours apart. And then eat whichever meal makes sense to you at whichever time, just be sure to keep it consistent from day to day. If that means dinner at 8 AM, breakfast at 8 PM, and lunch at 2 AM, so be it. :) The key is to make it consistent so you foster automaticity. We hope this helps. 🥰

      Hi, Cee Gee! In Bright Line Eating we count tomatoes as a vegetable. (We also count potatoes as grains due to their nutritional profile.) 😉

      @@Brightlineeating huh. That is weird. It is like saying I am going to call a chihuahua a cat because they are about the same size. Why not call a potato a starch? Or make up a word? Itʻs like scratching a chalkboard. I hope you at least call corn a grain? I thought I would like this program but calling things what they are not just... hurts.

      Thanks for your reply. Starch is not a food category in BLE. The food categories are fruits, vegetables, proteins, grains, and fats. All foods that don't contain added flours and sugars fit into one of those categories. That said, you are welcome to have tomatoes as your fruit serving and even though potatoes are botanically vegetables, we recommend them as a grain serving, rather than a vegetable serving. But again, you can make adjustments that fit your dietary needs and preferences.       It may not reduce it as much as you like… But you can increase the playback speed to help get through it more quickly.
