    • @Olufemii
      @Olufemii  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Johnny Allende for sure! Get an i7 CPU or higher and a 1080 TI graphics card (or higher). Make sure to purchase a 4K monitor as well

      Nick Zaglmayr Dope! Have a few tracking points myself I need to post on the website

  •  6 ปีที่แล้ว

    Coudn’t you just nest the videos and then add a handheld cam preset on to it?

    In premiere pro you could have just nested the clips the added in a fake hand hold movement layer adjustment

    showing how to auto track the mask would be nice.
    (to adobe engineers: next time you 'design' an auto tracker make sure you give separate switches for pos rot scale perp and ability to animate the mask with keyframes while retaining tracking. otherwise its almost useless)

    Great little tutorial for a fun effect - Although It kind of annoys me that you go through the tutorial like "put in 55 in feathering value, click this... click that..." but do not explain WHY or what that value will do. I know what feathering is, but a lot of people new to this will not learn the core elements or how things work or why they work and use that for another project. They will only know exactly to do this particular effect on the identical/ similar footage. I think this is generally a bad teaching practice, and something that would easily be fixed by you. It wil give the viewer much more knowledge and understanding for another scenario where this effect could be used.
    - my 2 cents.
    Cheers!

    does this only work fro a aiming down pov?

    • @Olufemii
      @Olufemii  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Trick is just to lock the camera down, and have a black slate to work from. Should world from any position. Also make sure your lighting doesn't change. I think top down is the easiest position to use though.

    its not a "trick" if you do the obvious process that immediately comes to mind when watching the sample clip, using the tools as they're intended.
