Traveller II is a Ocean Series trawler designed by Bray Yacht Design and Research and built by Rodriguez Shipbuilders in Alabama. The yacht was designed and built to be an open water, long range cruising trawler so a cruising couple could get aboard and cruise to their dream destination without the fear of do we have enough boat for the task ahead. This vessel structure exceeds ABS Rules for Unrestricted Offshore use and has both a collision bulkhead and watertight bulkheads. The bulbous bow and speed nozzle all contribute to make this vessel more fuel efficient than most vessels as well as giving a very stable ride. Step onboard and check out this awesome steel trawler with Martin Snyder. - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ
Fantastic boat and value for the money. This is what I’d want for serious off shore cruising… I bet it won’t be around for long. Love it…
A really good review of an excellent yacht
I'm a diehard Sportfisher guy but this boat could change me, well done presentation!
if you are happy being on the boat, the fuel economy is well worth the speed trade off to me. It is a very soft ride and way less worry of hitting something.
She's a beauty! It's my dream to cruise in the Pacific Northwest on the likes of her.
She really has nice proportions. Long and sleek while also looking tough.
Beautiful boat and a great video walkway review. Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Martin your video is outstanding! Great to hear and see you on this beautiful vessel. I’ll need to stop in as you said to see this beauty
A lot of boat for not a lit of money, relatively speaking. Dont think salesman was least bit annoying. 👏👏
Good job on the vid. That is one hell of a nice boat, & glad I got to see it appears very well built and maintained. Tks
Thanks for watching!
Well presented and has good camera work.
Thanks.
Thank you for the great detailed tour. Love to have it, you know my birthday is coming up
Overall, a very informative review, Walker Valley.
Great tour thanks
Glad you enjoyed it
Great professional tour. I absolutely love this little ship. The interior wood finish is top-notch. The boat is so shippy. Love the galley and the bridge. Seems only like on the stern, that table spoils the boat. Needs some lovely lounge seating and a much lovely big varnished table and chairs. Perhaps it is better to bring the roof all the way back,so not so exposed to the weather, Other than that, she's beautiful, l wish l had that money, well worth every penny. The only thing is, affording the fuel and running costs, which l suspect is very low anyway.
Great boat
Beautiful Yacht Good Thorough Presentation. Thank You!!
Wow, That is a dream boat!
These "unprofessional" tours are the best.
Did you enjoy I made him present the first 1/4 from the crows nest 😂
@@walkervalleymedia That was epic. Very cool.
This is what I don't like the access to the engine room from the outside only. So in rough weather easy for water to get in. the other thing is about the bow with a long over reach bowsprit makes the boat look wrong as if an after thought.
Nice Trawler!
The fact that the listing states it is a Bray design really caught my interest, Does it also have a bulbous bow and kort nozzles like their other designs?
@@rodmcisaac3 yes bulbous bow, is the Kort Nozzle what they call a speed nozzle in the listing? I hadn’t heard of it, Ill have to look it up.
Beautiful boat at a great price point'
Nice work.😊
What a fine example of a long-range, yacht. The price is 'post-COVID'', but reasonable, nonetheless. ( VERY clean, nice millwork.)
Good point, what would pre-covid price be..?
Great boat, i absolutely love it...
just go over open water capabilities with Navel Architecture (double check) original boat designer/ design!
I love the boat!
For off-shore cruising some watertight compartments would be nice
Nice that you don't have wind noise how do you accomplish that?
@@stevegoodwin3086 fluffy on the mic and a wind reduction plugin
Excellent price!!!
Like it thank you⚓️
Did you say it had Stabilizers for travelling? I would like this and spend another 1million to make it lots better. It appears to be all new paint so not sure how that would stand up would be better stainless rails but other wise looks good. Where is it I would most likely come look at it plus others
Located in Seattle Wa.
I don’t think you’d even come close to spending $1m to make it a 2024 dream boat, but the sky is the limit.
Wesmar hydraulic stabilizers.

Beautiful boat.I just wished the speed was a little bit more If needed.
full displacement has fantastic MPG, but the physics/math of it tie your speed to water line length. this boat is pretty long and lean already IMO. Youll be way faster than the 50'er
2 tenders, one of which is 16ft and not a rib ... and room for something else like a jetski ... pretty wild
Amazing the owners don't know how to spell the boat's name.
@@Bjeff-qq3xq theres probably a story behind it
Inverted windshield?? Isn’t the correct term reverse rake??
@@seanryan5335 I call it reverse rake too, but some brands/manufacturers call them inverse
Reverse rake is not the correct term🙄
A tank wow
@@kevinp100which term to you use?
I always called them negative rake
Great boat. Is it on a class for insurance purposes?
@@brokerhc I didn’t see a rating other than “This vessel structure exceeds ABS Rules for Unrestricted Offshore use and has both a collision bulkhead and watertight bulkheads. “
It’s a little beyond my knowledge though.
any info on fuel consumption at cruise speed? guessing 12-16 gph at 8-9kn?
The captain said 5000 nm range at 6.5-7 kn with 5450 gal of fuel, Not sure what 8-9kn would be but probably close maybe a tiny bit less gph.
Have stabilizers? (I saw it has paravanes)
@@jakejohnston5780 yes Wesmar hydraulic
A bow sprit on a motor yacht...?
I believe its so the anchors clear the bulbous bow
Anchor platform
@@walkervalleymedia I was wondering!
It's where you stand when shooting the harpoon.
She can’t stay down with 3 barrels in her!
Is it possible my mother-in-law could fall overboard?
Big enough seas anything can happen 😮😂
only if you arrange it, lol
Why are you yelling?
@@jwsoto some of the beginning Martin is presenting from the crows nest, he thought he needed to yell because of the wind up there. Improvements for next time.
I think this boat has probably seen better days
@@BonnieVolkle maybe a little interior updating if you want to be picky but everything else is rock solid. Low hours on the engines also, you should reasonably get 10-20 times more use than its had so far.
Yeah but what a steal of a price!!
I think it’s a bow pulpit for a motor yacht….🛥️
