I gained 60+ pounds since freshman year and have been struggling to lose it since. i would do the same workout DVD everyday and wondered why i saw no difference. it's my senior year and i now know what i was doing wrong. you guys taught me to switch up the routine and your 8 week program has been doing wonders for me. through your videos i have lost almost 20 pounds and keep dropping more! anytime a friend asks me for a workout routine recommendation i tell them fitness blender!!!!

I've noticed that on quite a few curl exercises Kelly mentions a bicep curl and then does a hammer curl instead. I usually switch when doing 2 sets, 1 I will do the hammer and then the bicep as instructed, it's all good. I love working out with her and fitness blender in general. Thank you

Your "Fat Burning Cardio Workout Tutorial" helped me loose my body fat significantly and put my muscles in order. I feel much stronger than ever before. Thanks to your tutorial. I've been following that for about 45 days. But one thing I noticed is that when I try to do "Push ups" or "dips" I can only do 8-10 rounds. I don't know why I feel exhausted. I was 69 kg 45 days back and now 67 and my BMI is 22. What should I do?

Just got the POWERBLOCK WEIGHTS just like y'all use. My husband go them for me for an anniversary present! Broke them in for the first time. Before I only had a 5,10 and 20 pound dumbbells. Im so happy I got them! Going to be sore tomorrow!

Please correct the routine. It states there are 5 groups of 2 exercises. However, we only do 4 groups of 2 exercises. Thanks! Love you guys and appreciate the videos.
Didn't do the cardio cause my legs were too sore, but instead, I did 3 rounds of weights where whatever weight I started with I had to stick with it but I tapped out in the 3rd round except the last. Workout complete 02.04.2017 - 5.53am.
Love the supersets with cardio intervals, though a minute somehow seemed daunting. I got through it, but was glad to hear that beeper counting down at the end, especially the last few sets.
Please make more mixes of strength and cardio!! This workout is everything!

This was my first FitnessBlender workout and I loved it! Challenging but fun. I also love that I'm learning proper form, too. Can't wait to do more!

I exercised to this today and I got a nice extra weight on my bridges my dog decided I made a good bed when I was in the bridge with the pullovers.
