I have been working out for years (but got out of it for a couple years and gained a bunch of weight :( ....I realized when I started doing your videos that there were so many exercises and stretches that I had improper form on...Thank you for not only providing awesome workout routines, but teaching me as well!

I LOVE this workout. I started using 2kg per hand and now i'm lifting 4kg per hand. I do it mainly because i want nice and toned arms and shoulders and it works. thanks guys!

I use the same weight throughout for my dumbbells as they're a pain to take apart but still get a good workout. I like the way Dan keeps explaining how to do each exercise correctly as (Kelly is performing each exercise). Well it helps me from injuring myself.

Im starting today- warm up, butt workout with dumbbells by Kelli, this one, and stretching. Im using 10lb dumbbells I bought at Target. Remember to eat healthy and cut on sugar, fructose syrup etc. I lost over 20lb just by cutting on sugar and eating at the same time each day. Now I want to tone my body and loose a couple pounds. 😊 I love your videos! Gonna check in in a couple of weeks!

This one was great, I did not feel like doing any type of cardio because my bum knee is inflamed and hurts... so I walked for about 10 mins at the park then came home and did this upper body workout. Glad I did! Got slightly warm and sweaty and I know my arms will be sore tmrw :)

I have a fractured ankle and this workout has helped me work out without the use of my foot. I feel better already. thanks so much. any ideas how long to continue to see a difference?
Loved this workout! I normally only do HIIT training with lots of dynamic movements. To add a little but more intensity to this workout I added 3 minutes of high knee skipping in between each superset. Thanks for the great workout.
