Hello! It is natural for some discomfort to arise in the wrists/hands. I would recommend doing a thorough wrist stretch before beginning every practice. It helps to really spread your fingers and distribute weight evenly through the four corners of your palms + all 10 fingertips. Take breaks as you need them, it's always okay to pause the video!
