    P. Allen Smith- thank you for your insight on the North Forest at Crystal Bridges. I am a tour guide at Crystal Bridges. I appreciate your comments as a guest & horticulturist commenting on the plants which populate our sculptures on the North Forest Trail. I have learned an immense amount of information which may enhance my tours in the North Forest!

    This time I think the artwork is as beautiful as the flora and fauna. There is so much texture there.

    What a fabulous place! As an overseas viewer I really appreciate filing these more off-the-beaten path attractions away for our next US visit.

    Hi my friend...ii need your advice right away. This is one of those times I wished I could pick up the phone for 5 minutes to call ya.lol.. Ok I live near Pittsburgh. I am at a friends cabin cleaning up and found some peonies that are buried in the weeds. Can I dig it up now to take home or would this disturb it?

    Is the Autumn Fern the only one with the bronze leaf? I saw the bronze leaf color and cut it off thinking it was pass it's prime -- (dead) and clipped it off. Am I doing it wrong? Thanks.

      Oh no! 😉The Autumn Fern has bronze leaf color. They are one of my favorite. I planted it in a neighbors garden and fell in love. I will be planting some in my garden before winter.

      Hunhhh. I watched this from start to finish and didn't notice a limp. They were walking through the woods, on and off trail. It might be the device you are watching it on.

    I think Allen has been dabbling in the native plant, Marijuana. Just saying. It does evoke the imagination. I know that from experience.

    • @PAllenSmith
      @PAllenSmith  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Cat Bird cannabis is actually known to be native in Central and Northern Asia. js

    • @cathy8819
      @cathy8819 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@PAllenSmith no kidding. My comment about marijuana being local was a joke because of all the native plants in the video and you commenting on that fact. But it does seem like you indulged in something that day or you weren't feeling well.

    Did P. Allen have too much wine with one of his famous dishes? 🤔I hope he is not ill. 😞

      As a leader in bringing Farm to Table to the United States and having produced one of the longest and most successful ongoing programs on PBS, one could certainly not fault Mr. Smith for having a small drink with dinner -- but clearly not in this video-. What an unusual
      comment.

    What a waste. Obnoxious art in a nice garden. Ouch. Someone has to much money and or no honest friends. Hmm?

      Correction "too".. My Daughter had 4 field trips last year.
      All good though! Lol. My yard art an Ozark glade.
