- Join me Diamond Miner Ivins mining at Crystal Vista, a free to dig location North of Norman, Arkansas off highway 27, turn right on Owley Rd, for several miles, and you’ll see the small parking lot to your left. Crystal vista is known for amazing cluster along the cliff edges, plus it’s home to many blue phantom pits! Miners are allowed to bring rock bars, hammers. You can carry out all the Quartz Crystals you can haul!!
Also take your trash with home with you!!

Is there a way I can send you a pic of a small rock I found in our driveway? It has a perfect black star in the middle of it that goes through to the other side!!! Planning a trip to Arkansas, but if I keep watching these videos I'm going to have to extend my stay. Luckily I'm from Missouri so more than one trip is a possibility too.

When I was younger and lived in the Sierras I used to go hunting for crystals all the time. I’m unable to do that now but I always enjoy watching others dig and the smiles that erupt every time a new crystal is found. That phantom was absolutely gorgeous. 👍🏻😊
We went to the phantom mine at Wegner's and came home with a small cluster of really nice black phantoms.

Hi, I’ve just found you videos and started following you. Due to knee injuries, I’ve had to watch others rock hound and search for gems. I have never seen blue crystals or raw diamonds. I'll put that on my bucket list Crystal Vista with the Blue Phantom Pit -- that blue crystal was gorgeous. Definitely worth digging for. Another thing to do when I go hunting for Diamonds.

Hello my sister in Christ , my son Tim moved to Arkansas last June or July , now , I have never been there before , but i know as you do that there's lots of great places to go digging out there , and I miss my son , we love rock hounding together , I need to save money if I can to go see him , and do some rock hunting as well, my be we will see you there !! I really like your videos, and the amazing materials you collect! The Blue Phantoms are Super Special! I live in southern Calif., was visiting family in Georgia 3 weeks ago, rented a car and drove to Mt. Ida Arkansas and collected one day at Sweet Surrender. I should have went back a second day and finished cleaning out the pocket I hit! Can't wait to return to Arkansas! Keep the great videos coming, love them!!!

Found this one late but really love all the info you give about mining sites! My trip to crater of diamonds didn't come off but did get to the Ron Coleman mine. Had fun and came home with lots of pretty rocks! Mapping my trip out for Crystal Vista now! Determined to get out and do fun stuff this year after all the forced isolation! Came home with a miners tan and sore knees!😆😆😆Thanks again for the great videos!

I clean my crystals by soaking and scrubbing. I have used a straight pin to get in the tiny cracks before! But so satisfying to look at creation this way! Keep up the good adventures!
