    I have rotator cuff tendonitis and no o-t-c or prescribed medication helped with the daily pain. I've been dealing with this pain for about a year now. I did get the cortis injection which lasted about 4 months. It helped but the injection itself was very painful so, I won't be doing that again. I'm now scheduled to start physical therapy, I hope that helps cause something (at this point) has got to give.

    Calcific shoulder tendinitis here. The most painful thing I have ever felt. Couldn’t even move my arm in front of me or above my head, resting it at night caused excruciating pain and locking up. Two weeks after the injury I’m mostly back to normal but the wrong movements still cause pain. Looking into physical therapy to strengthen my arm

    • @ADAMONTAR
      @ADAMONTAR 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Did your injury fully heal?.
      About 4 weeks ago I slipped and fell backwards on a polished concrete floor and my right elbow impacted the ground with the force shifting my right shoulder up and I felt a pull in the back of my shoulder.
      The doc told me it's most likely a rotator cuff strain based on the physical tests he did and I had an ultrasound, but that didn't show anything injured.
      In the past 4 weeks it hasn't really gotten any better. I still get pain from sleeping on my injured side and pain lifting anything overhead.

    • @MoonQueen1010
      @MoonQueen1010 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      ADAMONTAR So sorry to hear that you are hurt. Your injury is different from mine even though mine felt like a rotator cuff injury until they told me it’s calcific tendinitis. I never did make it to physical therapy. Instead, the orthopedic doctor gave me a stretchy band and instructions for exercises and slowly but surely I was able to exercise the shoulder and get it back to normal. They told me it could happen again at any point because it is just something that happens with overuse. I sure hope you can get some relief

      Thanks. I found out my injury was actually misdiagnosed as a rotator cuff injury, but it was in fact a strain of the long head of the triceps tendon where it inserts in the area at the back of the shoulder. Its a very rare injury for people to have, so most doctors and physical therapists assume any issues to do with lifting overhead is rotator cuff related.

    Wow, you just made complete sense out of my rotator cuff injury. I've been seeing a physical therapist and doctor for about 4 months now and they have not made any sense of what exactly is going on anatomically like you just did, nor are they doing any other kinds of treatment besides stretching. Thank you!

    How does that guy train his chest it's massive

    • @paulkersey2424

      Are you really asking that question? It bench press or chest press. I always had a good chest but few years back I started lifting heavy and went up to 315 and 345lbs. My chest was super big. But of course one day I was playing cricket and did bowling. Now its been a year since my shoulder is not working. I also cannot do bench press and basically do push ups. I have a good shape but not the size I used to have. Its simple - BENCH PRESS

      Simple. By not smiling he conserves the energy from the facial muscles and translates it to his chest leveraging greater gains as a result.

    Forget the rest, Sports Medicine Chiropractors are the best when it comes to treating musculoskeletal problems and injuries. You get twice the value at half the cost of regular doctors. There is usually no need for painkillers, injections, physical therapists, surgery and other forms of frankenmedicine that eventually turn your life into a horror movie. The Chiropractors I've used usually just RX ice, heat, massage, and stretches which have fixed the vast majority of my injuries within a couple of days if not weeks. Its no wonder a lot of MDs are still trying to defamate their character.

      Bobby Bekins yeah they're good for short term fixes but my chiro couldn't tell my hip had PVNS disease. He would just keep adjust me.. I understand it was a very rare case but he wasn't smart about noticing that I wasn't getting better. He's happy getting his copay and having people call him doctor when he's really not an m.d. Maybe the ultimate would be an md chiropractor?
