This breaks my heart. Yeah I’m a man, a former long serving soldier. I remember my last deployment and my wife drove me to the barracks and sat in the car while I unloaded my kit. She didn’t even bother to get out of the car to say goodbye. She didn’t know whether I would come home. We are now divorced but this wasn’t the reason, I only recall this on reflection. Only a serviceman could truly understand.
I drug one thru the usmc. And deployments. I feel you. The 2nd one I drug thru ptsd a tbi and a host of rough consequences of said tbi ptsd. Until she could not do it anymore. 5 years later I still want her but you know how it is. And now they seem to all react to me like a monster of some kind. And look at me with disgust
Stay masculin, stay as toxic as you can and understand what that really means. Be dangerous and keep it under control! Be true to those you love and those who love you! Stand tall and strong as a real man and never forget that feeling! Teach the young men in your care what it means to be a real man, show them, live it, set the example!
My best friend who I fought next to in the Army is losing his wife of 17 years because all of a sudden he doesn't fit with her goals. Great dad, kind and thoughtful, he was happy to care for and protect his family with no thought of his own wants and dreams...his pride was giving his wife and children the best life he could. Now he is lost, beaten down for his imperfections because he came home with PTSD and injuries. Too many women today feel like they can just walk away, get that child support and find a new man, nevermind the soul and heart of the one that would give his last drop of blood for her and his children. This is why men are choosing to stay single, because toxicity is not a male ailment alone.

Wow! How Awesome! Rings me to tears. I happen to have a man like that. At the beginning of our marriage 49 yrs ago I had an independent mindset because from my perspective I didn’t have a dad present that showed me how it was done. I had to defend myself. Honestly, it was only the protection of God that got me through dicey situations. Then when my man stood up to protect me it was a strange concept. It’s not that I didn’t want it really. I just wasn’t acquainted with that. I was used to men being predators instead of protectors. Oh for fathers to stand up for their children and show them how it’s done. My husband is a strong man. He raised 2 strong sons who have been true fathers to their children. All boys. Hopefully, they will continue that strength to their children.

Yep. I am a skilled mechanic as well as a general contractor. I garden, I have livestock, I hunt, I fish, and I provide for the elderly in my family. I have been caring for my mother 24/7 for nearly 2 years. With that said, I have zero urge or feeling to give another woman a chance. It has been my experience that they will change you out like an old jacket if they perceive an opportunity at someone better and when that doesn't work out they will admit their mistake and want you back. I have gone through it and I have witnessed it countless times. Things are not right and men should not take chances with their well being and livelihood in this current societal atmosphere.

The "stand behind me and have my back" is something every man needs, but with 80% of divorces being initiated by the woman, we know most women today will pull out their sword and stab us with it. I initiated 2 divorces. The first, he broke my neck and back beating me when I caught him in bed with someone else. The second, when the 3rd woman that week faced me and told me she was pregnant by him. ALL WHILE I WAS GOING THROUGH CANCER TREATMENTS. I'm happily married now and I would stand beside him, behind him or in front to take a bullet for this one. Because I finally have a real man. Not all women are quick to divorce without reason. My arm muscles are currently aching from helping a family that have three women and a 11 year old boy with some yard work. I decided to help after they repeatedly ask me to and because I felt sorry for them after watching them struggle for a few days with it. These women don't even know they're playing themselves when they express their hatred for men.
This hit hard for me because when I really needed support from my wife she left. Something I would never had done if the tables were turned. Karma is real and will pay for her betrayal someday.
Women leave 80-90 percent of the time, it wasn't you it was her. (80% normal and 90% college educated according to the studies) Women look for easy, when things get tough they mostly bail.
I am a middle aged MAN. I am 6 ft 1in. 230 lbs. I keep myself physically fit. I grew up with 4 sisters. I was raised to respect WOMEN. And told a Man is to PROTECT and put a Woman b4 himself. Im told I am a Gentlemen. I make over $80k a yr. Yet... I am single with no children. This hit me hard. I'm not ashamed to admit this made me chocked up.

Most men still want family and kids. But I think most of the women are becoming more like a man inside of their brains because of the arrogancy of being independent. The balance is lost. The weird thing is men have always been independent but they never said i don't need woman. Because men were independent from the very beginning so they can digest this thing. Women are being independent is a new phenomena so they are in a stage of awe and hence the rejection. The inner femininity is lost. I pray may the legacy of Indian women live long inside us.

Bro, this got me teary eyed a little bit.... The part about a woman watching our back was deep for me, man. My ex-wife did not watch my back, rather she stabbed my back. I provided her with a home, etc., etc. We have a daughter together who is autistic. My ex-wife took off when our daughter was 3 years old. She is 14 now, about to get her blue belt in taekwondo, and she is in high school. It was rough 11 years ago, but my daughter and I are doing good now. Working hard to keep improving and doing our best.

I’m a mom of three beautiful boys/young men (23, 19, 17) and this video broke my heart! I’ve raised my boys to respect women and to protect them and cherish them and it scares the hell out of me the generation they’re growing up in because a lot of these girls/young women are so cold and mean towards men! Please young ladies treat our men better they deserve it!!

I was divorced as well. Sucks. Breaks you in a lot of ways. But I still had my goals and learned that I have value and deserve better. I'm changed, no doubt. But my life is a lot better now. Sometimes being in a rough spot is actually right where we are supposed to be. Just keep your goals.

I was single while in the military. I had no lover behind me because i wanted no one to worry about me during my deployments. One woman did stand behind me though. My mother. She suffered and worried every day. Now I get to thank HER for my service!
My mother stayed up for hours, sometimes falling asleep on the damn computer keyboard just waiting to hear from me while I was in Iraq just to know I was okay. I lost her this year in January. I was her caretaker for the last 8 years of her life. I miss her so damn much. Cherish the time you have with your mother.

I'm the same with my son and daughter. They used to find it annoying that I would call n check on the frequently but as they grew older they accepted my motherly paranoia lol. I love them so much it hurts, I've always got their six, and would go to hell and back for them if I had to. They are truly good children because I worked to make sure they knew they were loved every day and that even when times were bad, things change always and love was always there. I had to divorce because of abusive husband but we all pulled through and despite being from a single parent household they have thrived. They are now excellent kind adults. Thankfully I had manly brothers to give them some male role models and i think some of my friends envy how well they turned out. I may be biased being a mother, but please always appreciate your parents (if deserving of course) cause many dont know what they've got till they're gone. You are a good man.
Really...when I came back from Iraq and went home my mother ran around in that house like she'd just won a few million in a lottery. FTR, my two-war veteran dad was the one that cried. I suspect no one else will ever react like that over me (FTR, I have two sisters and a wife). Oh, well...

I guess I am blessed in life, and I am truly grateful for it. I watch my husband's 6 and he watches mine. Our children stand in the middle now, because we are their guardians and providers, parents and teachers. I hope that my husband and I are providing them with a good example of what family can be if they work for it.

Amen. I'm an old fashion kinda girl who was raised to take care of her husband, children, and household. And to respect each of our roles in the relationship.
I've been cheated on numerous times by "traditional women". I blamed myself at first, then some more after realizing I was going after a specific type of woman. Sought a therapist, got better, and still got cheated on by women that were different from what I've dated. With social media and other factors, I don't see anything as "traditional". "Traditional" has long left with the immergence of the internet. When I'm expected to "do this" or "do that", behave "this way" or "that way", why isn't the opposite sex held to the same standards? I'm not hateful, not distrusting, not resentful. What I am is disappointed with how society as a whole is ignoring these issues or holding them in high regards.
We intellectually know a woman like you is out their and that your not alone, just as we know women NOT like you are more prevalent in our current societal state. We are finally starting to pay Real attention to this and adjust and finesse our goals 🤔😐🙂
It's very painful how mistreated we are. I never expected a short to actually bring me to tears, but that shows how much pain I feel at the complete disdain and lack of appreciation women have for us. I am also worried for the future if we become truly needed, but too much damage will have been done and we won't be able to do anything about it.

I just thought I'd add a little bit more. I have watched this video several times now letting the words wash over me.. tears running down my face. I have often wondered why i am moved by sort of hero scenarios and now I get it. It's not the hero complex that was puzzling me it was the relationship between the hero and the woman. The warrior and the woman. The man and the woman. The male and the female. The masculine and the feminine. I can now admit that this is at the core of my masculine aspect. I thought I was wrong for feeling this way that some how it was all a part of some broken aspect of being male... of being a man. That some how I needed to be fixed... or needed to change... or needed to stop feeling this way. I don't need to be fixed. I need a woman whom I know without a doubt... without question... has my back. Why is it wrong to feel this way? Why is it wrong to feel and say that I just need someone in whose arms I can fall after a long day of slaying dragons?

We both hate today's society, people's attitude towards each other, everything thing but each other and our son God blessed us both. She needs me to be a protector, a provider, and partner in life, and a guide to help her through life because I've been through the ringer and came back.
So true. I was a Abrams tanker in the Army for roughly 5 years. My ex wife as soon as I needed her the most she cheated on me and took everything I held dear with her. My current wife, when I needed her stood behind me and stood proud and stood tall WITH me. When I was training to possibly go to Afghanistan or to some Middle Eastern desert and was away from her for literal months on end. She was there for me, waiting for me to come home. I am truly blessed to call this RARE woman my wife.

This breaks my heart. Yeah I’m a man, a former long serving soldier. I remember my last deployment and my wife drove me to the barracks and sat in the car while I unloaded my kit. She didn’t even bother to get out of the car to say goodbye. She didn’t know whether I would come home. We are now divorced but this wasn’t the reason, I only recall this on reflection. Only a serviceman could truly understand.

At the beginning of our marriage 49 yrs ago I had an independent mindset because from my perspective I didn’t have a dad present that showed me how it was done. I had to defend myself. Honestly, it was only the protection of God that got me through dicey situations. Then when my man stood up to protect me it was a strange concept. It’s not that I didn’t want it really. Yep. I am a skilled mechanic as well as a general contractor. I garden, I have livestock, I hunt, I fish, and I provide for the elderly in my family. I have been caring for my mother 24/7 for nearly 2 years.
With that said, I have zero urge or feeling to give another woman a chance. It has been my experience that they will change you out like an old jacket if they perceive an opportunity at someone better and when that doesn't work out they will admit their mistake and want you back. I have gone through it and I have witnessed it countless times.
Things are not right and men should not take chances with their well being and livelihood in this current societal atmosphere.

I initiated 2 divorces. The first, he broke my neck and back beating me when I caught him in bed with someone else. The second, when the 3rd woman that week faced me and told me she was pregnant by him. ALL WHILE I WAS GOING THROUGH CANCER TREATMENTS. I'm happily married now and I would stand beside him, behind him or in front to take a bullet for this one. Because I finally have a real man. Not all women are quick to divorce without reason. My arm muscles are currently aching from helping a family that have three women and a 11 year old boy with some yard work. I decided to help after they repeatedly ask me to and because I felt sorry for them after watching them struggle for a few days with it.
These women don't even know they're playing themselves when they express their hatred for men.
This hit hard for me because when I really needed support from my wife she left. Something I would never had done if the tables were turned. Karma is real and will pay for her betrayal someday.
Women leave 80-90 percent of the time, it wasn't you it was her. (80% normal and 90% college educated according to the studies) Women look for easy, when things get tough they mostly bail.
I am a middle aged MAN. I am 6 ft 1in. 230 lbs. I keep myself physically fit. I grew up with 4 sisters. I was raised to respect WOMEN. And told a Man is to PROTECT and put a Woman b4 himself.

I was single while in the military. I had no lover behind me because i wanted no one to worry about me during my deployments. One woman did stand behind me though. My mother. She suffered and worried every day. Now I get to thank HER for my service!
My mother stayed up for hours, sometimes falling asleep on the damn computer keyboard just waiting to hear from me while I was in Iraq just to know I was okay. I lost her this year in January. I was her caretaker for the last 8 years of her life. I miss her so damn much. Cherish the time you have with your mother.

I'm the same with my son and daughter. They used to find it annoying that I would call n check on the frequently but as they grew older they accepted my motherly paranoia lol. I love them so much it hurts, I've always got their six, and would go to hell and back for them if I had to. They are truly good children because I worked to make sure they knew they were loved every day and that even when times were bad, things change always and love was always there. I had to divorce because of abusive husband but we all pulled through and despite being from a single parent household they have thrived. They are now excellent kind adults. Thankfully I had manly brothers to give them some male role models and i think some of my friends envy how well they turned out. I may be biased being a mother, but please always appreciate your parents (if deserving of course) cause many dont know what they've got till they're gone. You are a good man.
Really...when I came back from Iraq and went home my mother ran around in that house like she'd just won a few million in a lottery. FTR, my two-war veteran dad was the one that cried. I suspect no one else will ever react like that over me (FTR, I have two sisters and a wife). Oh, well...

I guess I am blessed in life, and I am truly grateful for it. I watch my husband's 6 and he watches mine. Our children stand in the middle now, because we are their guardians and providers, parents and teachers. I hope that my husband and I are providing them with a good example of what family can be if they work for it.

I've been cheated on numerous times by "traditional women". I blamed myself at first, then some more after realizing I was going after a specific type of woman. Sought a therapist, got better, and still got cheated on by women that were different from what I've dated. With social media and other factors, I don't see anything as "traditional". "Traditional" has long left with the immergence of the internet. When I'm expected to "do this" or "do that", behave "this way" or "that way", why isn't the opposite sex held to the same standards? I'm not hateful, not distrusting, not resentful. What I am is disappointed with how society as a whole is ignoring these issues or holding them in high regards.
We intellectually know a woman like you is out their and that your not alone, just as we know women NOT like you are more prevalent in our current societal state. We are finally starting to pay Real attention to this and adjust and finesse our goals 🤔😐🙂

It's very painful how mistreated we are. I never expected a short to actually bring me to tears, but that shows how much pain I feel at the complete disdain and lack of appreciation women have for us.
I am also worried for the future if we become truly needed, but too much damage will have been done and we won't be able to do anything about it.

I just thought I'd add a little bit more. I have watched this video several times now letting the words wash over me.. tears running down my face. I have often wondered why i am moved by sort of hero scenarios and now I get it. It's not the hero complex that was puzzling me it was the relationship between the hero and the woman. The warrior and the woman. The man and the woman. The male and the female. The masculine and the feminine. I can now admit that this is at the core of my masculine aspect. I thought I was wrong for feeling this way that some how it was all a part of some broken aspect of being male... of being a man. That some how I needed to be fixed... or needed to change... or needed to stop feeling this way. I don't need to be fixed. I need a woman whom I know without a doubt... without question... has my back. Why is it wrong to feel this way? Why is it wrong to feel and say that I just need someone in whose arms I can fall after a long day of slaying dragons?
30 years of women telling men how to be men has caused this distortion on what a man really is. They think the clothes, car, money, and status make the man. When in reality its good morals values ethics and principles that make the man.

We both hate today's society, people's attitude towards each other, everything thing but each other and our son God blessed us both. And I need her for making me a better person, a loving father, and a strong man. So true. I was a Abrams tanker in the Army for roughly 5 years. My ex wife as soon as I needed her the most she cheated on me and took everything I held dear with her. My current wife, when I needed her stood behind me and stood proud and stood tall WITH me. When I was training to possibly go to Afghanistan or to some Middle Eastern desert and was away from her for literal months on end. She was there for me, waiting for me to come home. I am truly blessed to call this RARE woman my wife.
