The rental rates are also quite good for the homeowner and so gives a good investment yield.

It is true that Expats usually rent properties in Accra. I advise and guide my clients to be mindful of location and number of properties in a development when buying. This property is strategically located in Cantonments close to desired amenities and top international schools and there aren’t many of them in the same development thus a greater potential to rent.

Ghana government, please start doing something about this overpriced homes. The last time I checked Ghana’s currency is still CEDIS not dollars.
