      Yes it is! It is one of the reasons I went back to feature it after I presented this same project when it was in the off-plan stage. I have included a link to that video in the description. The developer delivered as promised and this can be helpful to investors looking for off-plan options in Ghana, to identify the right developments to invest in.

      Hello Samuel, factors that determine prices are demand and cost of building. The more a particular property type is in demand, the higher the price and a large proportion of these apartments are in Accra. Developers also peg their prices against the dollar because they import most of the materials, with the fluctuating cedi, it could cause developers major losses if they do not peg it to the dollar, which might in turn affect the project as a whole.I hope this clarifies.

      ​@@ANAARKUTUSTAKEno matter how high the price of building materials, these properties are not dissolving but appreciating. My grandfather's mud house in the village is still standing after over 100 years. Think about that.
