Even though we have a housing deficit so building more houses is okay but we're wasting lands. Why not build flats that can house hundreds of families than these petty houses wasting land and money. I'm afraid we're wasting lands which could be used for agricultural purposes and we'll import every food items sooner than later
You would think it's more sensible to invest in large egg production farm on such a prime agricultural land than all that pretentious and pointless "real estate business" in Ghana. Eggs production and lots of it, to meet the basic and most pressing need of the average Ghanaian at this point of national development is the way to go.
@@PRINCESSGEMINI1987 What an *eggregious* thing to say. Oops! Sorry, I mean egregious. What's the world coming to when we can't even advocate for more eggs production in Ghana, a country that clearly couldn't get enough of that precious national food.
Is someone stopping you from doing your egg farms or did someone forced you to watch a real estate channel? Oboi you are a classic example of *educated illiterate* What a hollow mindset 😏 Wanting to watch egg farming on a real estate channel, shame on you
Because of greed we are destroying agricultural lands. The natives will have food shortages. The little which trickles down to accra will be gone, why are we bent on destroying our future.

This is a real estate channel. Not a general investment or agricultural channel.
Nothing is stopping you with your “egg production farm”.

At these prices for these land, soon Ghanaians will never be able to live on their own land. Soon you will look around and you will see no Africans.
Hello Blessed Afrikan, I love your profile name. Ghanaians mainly own lands and properties in the Aburi area and throughout Ghana.
Why Ghanaian lands and houses sold in dollars,?,,Too bad. This should be stopped..So you talking, you think it's good to do this eeeeeeh.
