It’s quite massive and loaded for the price. This would be a good deal for anyone who has the funds. Something like this in USA would cost somewhere in the millions depending on location. I still can’t believe everything is from Ghana. Perhaps they were purchased in Ghana but I’m sure some appliances were manufactured outside. But hey how come you wear your watch on your right? lol
Lol, all the appliances you know are not from here and he said it that with whatever electronics they using in the house, is from LG, Lol I don’t know the rule of wrist watch 😂😂 I also put it on the right lol

Oh yes bro you can definitely do it, it’s so simple, get a trust worthy person from here, who will talk to the developers on your behalf and you are good to go, but if you can’t get anyone you can trust you can come for a 3month holiday and see the developers one -on- one
Unfortunately the home was sold out already and we had to plead with the owner to give us a chance to film so I had to just film the areas that were opened to do, the rooms were all occupied, the developers are arranging a new place for me to film, this time I will show every part! Thanks for bringing that up ✌🏿✌🏿
My thing is what is the equity value to invest in such a property. What is the longterm cost benefits. Aesthetics don't impress me. I want to feel the character and experience of house, that I can customize to make into a home. Layout and functionality of experience matter to me.
@@nappiebriggs I like everything about the house except the outdoor space, I don't like that plastic grass with concrete, I understand that is for low maintenance, but since I like growing my garden and planting trees in God's soil not pot, I would prefer buying a home surrounded by nature, trees, listen to birds chirp, I don't mind having neighbors but these homes are to close to each other for my comfort.
