    If working out at night works for ur timing do it. It helps lower my stress and I sleep amazingly afterwards 🎉

      @@mahfuzahmed4094 Ah yes it does actually, Because I do it Right before sleeping, it ruins the rest and Peaceful feeling but also Because now my body is worked up, it takes time for it to Go down and Fall asleep, so basically, It does for me. But, for some people, their body will get tired and will fall asleep faster, maybe?? Idk.
      It probably won't affect your sleep if you do it 1 or 2 hours before sleep.

    I don’t know if this can help someone, and I’m also not a fitness expert, but maybe you can get the benefits of morning exercise without the soreness/muscle pulling by doing something light like a morning walk. That way, you have the elevated heart rate to burn calories throughout the day like she said!

    I work out in the evening I can barely pry myself out of bed some mornings I'm a night owl so early mornings don't go well for me. I would only do it in the morning if I had to.

      @@nargissiddique1880 eat less in the evening, eat earlier before 7 pm. Drink water before and after 1 hr of taking meal. Start running in the morning. For now you can start running maybe in evening. Is ok.

    As a working mom, it is better for me to find time in the evenings for a workout. Of course on Sundays one can be flexible.

    There is a study showing muscle growth is better during evening workouts but the reality is so long as you workout it doesn’t matter what time you do it

      It means it don't depend on what time we do work-out the only thing which matter is we are doing work out because in the morning I don't have that much time so I want to do it in the noon.

    I been attempting morning workouts for 4 weeks and it’s made me way more tired during the day. I’ve been eating a lot of protein and even snacks (well balanced obviously) and I find I’m just way more exhausted and irritable. So I’m gonna switch back to evening workouts. I wanted to give morning workouts a shot since they seem much more convenient but unfortunately they aren’t for me. Plus I also suck at warming up and I have definitely payed for it after my morning workouts lol

    When i workout in the evening i can actually sleep,a struggle for me.
    Plus my body has time to heal during sleep and i wont be sore and tired the next day

    I started back in corporate and now work from home on an 8-5 schedule. I found this video, which was the exact information I was looking for. Im headed out to walk the canal by my house in Arizona before work so that I can burn calories at my desk all day. Then dancing or step aerobics in my garage gym later.     its simply tested by me and my group of juniors in college under the supervision of our sports trainer...
    MORNING WORKOUTS = FAT LOSS
    EVENING WORKOUTS = MORE GAINS

      How does this sound without knowing me: 5AM: 20 minutes of stairmaster at 1 step per second (200 cals lost in 20 mins) then 30 minutes sauna. Then 6 pm Lift Weights based on a 6 day split? (then another 30 min sauna). so about an hour in morning and 2.5 hours in evening.
