@@ANKI7033 For this, social change is needed where women are free from domestic responsibilities or they earn high to buy time for self care, like sports, regular exercise etc. Otherwise they will find time for themselves eating fridge stored food or ordered food which will be liable for health fall.
Not really ! They worked hard for body and skin and everything ! And they maintain the diet also ! They can eat khichdi for 6 month straight but for us we love eating whatever is trending ! While they can buy anything they choose to stay healthy
@@deviboutiquez3586 It's true that they priorities keeping themselves fit. But we don't have that option. If we priorities fitness, we have to skip many sides of our profession or family welfare. Why equal economy is not ensured while we common people work for various fields which are more important than acting?
Just a 15 mins will do a lot of help.
5 mins of warm up - head, shoulders, arms, hip, knees and ankles.
5 mins of squats, planks, pushups, pull ups, lunges, crunch and burpees. It's highly possible and also a must to keep us healthy in the long run.

@@bibimahira Not always. Today's house hold work is not at all an exercise. Motor brings water, mixi grinds and blends, masala powder comes ready in packet, even" ready to eat" food,washing machine wash clothes... etc. Standing and cooking is not health supportive, rather it grows belly fat and strain on our leg' nerves. This type of work gives us stress, not exercise. It takes away our golden hour of morning which many ladies miss running, jogging like health supportive opportunity. They're all freaking lying. They all have dedicated trainers and nutritionists and personal chefs who create amazing dishes that fit within their nutritional requirements. This advice is absolutely unhelpful because the average person does not have the time or resources that they do to invest towards their bodies. We're not all paid to look amazing.
Workouts and exercises are all we can do.. but yes, diet is the crucial part of keeping fit. If you have a chef that’ll dish out desired meals to help you stay fit, then nothing like it.
I wish the actors who say they ‘love’ doing jhaadu poccha bartan get to do it everyday their whole life! And if they feel that’s not enough and they are feeling more ‘love’ then they can start doing it for other houses too.

Did she say anything along the lines of “it’s easy” or “anyone can do it all the time” or “I advise everyone to do it” or “I wish people would do this as I liked it” or anything
I agree that they don’t understand how it feels to do it as a job everyday without rest. We (some of us, like me 😃) also don’t understand the difficulties in many of the things they do.
