    @Southern Stalwart great video and inspiring. Plain, and simple for the working class folk haha. I think a good follow up video could be how to develop the right mindset to achieve this. That's the part I'm struggling with and have for a while. Keep up the good work!

    Diet and exercise go hand in hand. Definitely need both to make changes physically and changes to our health. I’ve tried many times to do one without the other, and it doesn’t work. Lol. That’s awesome you were able to reduce your blood pressure and cholesterol numbers!!! How are your numbers now? Where did you get your water jug that can heat up water. That seems pretty neat!

      Thanks for watching!!! My numbers are probably bad right now just because I have not been to the gym in a month and have been eating terrible. That’s why I’m starting my low-carb diet again plus hitting the gym back on Monday. It’s hard during the holidays though lol.
      I’m not sure where my wife got that Water jug but they do make some cooler versions of them that are clear. I’ll let you know when I find out.

      @@southernstalwart awesome! Thanks! Yeah, I had to get myself back on track with dieting. I was still working out, but because my diet was way off, I was gaining weight instead instead of losing it. I feel so much better now that I’m eating low carb. I’m not starving all the time and my clothes don’t feel so tight. Lol.

      @@laurenbatte I can honestly see it in your last video on your face… Definitely look slimmer, how long have you been doing this now? I know as long as you hit it hard it don’t take long but it is a process and it’s not a quick fad diet.
